  • Guest user：I checked in at 8.45pm and the hotel runs out of towel! I waited till 10pm and there is still no towel. Unbelievable
  • Guest user：Dirty at times, door locks not working, cleaning services breaks into anytime they want to, for some reason they took my underwear when I was out, which is really weird, found cockroaches near my bed, but the cleaning service disinfected the room when I approached them. Breakfast is twice the price mentioned here, not much food though. Still the staff are some of the nicest people I've met, so I have mixed feelings about the stay. Also, a room with a window with a view to the city can also mean you're paying for the room with a window with a view to the wall of the next hotel five centimetres away from your window.
