Je suis actuellement dans l'hotel . Cet h?tel n'est pas fait pour des étrangers. A la réception lorsqu'on vient demander 1 seule chose, le personnel met 30 minutes à le faire car il répond d'abord aux centaines de clients locaux qui l'interromptent pour des bêtises, et le personnel se disperse un coup à droite un coup à gauche et ne s'occupe jamais du client en face. C'est à toi de t'imposer et de t'engueuler avec tous les clients car le personnel ne sait pas dire à ses propres clients d'attendre. Au bar de la piscine pour reserver un burger c'est pareil, tous les clients locaux viennent crier devant le serveur pour dire ce qu'ils veulent, donc le serveur met 4 heures a faire 4 plateaux en même temps car il ne sait pas qui contenter en premier mais il se trompe, jette et recommence au lieu de prendre les commandes dans l'ordre et de concentrer sur le client devant. Les chambres sont propres c'est vrai mais le personnel de ménage laisse l'aspirateur allumé entre 2 chambres pendant qu'il change les draps donc si tu voulais dormir et faire la grasse mat, c'est impossible car tu entends l'aspirateur juste derrière ta porte. Et la nuit tu entends les autres clients parler dans le couloir jusqu'à très tard.

Excellent bang for your buck Nice hotel - staff was great, rooms were ok. For a mid tier hotel it was great!

Hotel accommodations were average.. room, bed were comfortable . Food was good, buffet provided many options…but did not spend a lot of time there as there was much to see and do around the city from sightseeing to shopping. Malls, beaches- Red Sea , boat rides, Eilat stone…. Something for everyone!

Very good location. Clean. Good breakfast. All in all it was good. The bathroom is a bit small and less comfortable for me. The front door does a bad job by allowing outside noise from the corridor. Early morning the staff started to work on the walls outside the room and it was very annoying and woke me up.

Great place! 25m heated pool in winter! At check-in we first received a room which did not have a King Bed as booked. The hotel was fully boked and it was therefore complicated to find a solution. They did the impossible and found us exactly what we wanted! Heated pool in winter! Great food! Very nice place!

Poor service They made us wait 45 min to get into our room after the late arrivel at 15:00 offered no drink while we wait , no apology or explanation , for sitting 45 min in the lobby for our room , very very poor service

We stayed in November for 5 days, Sunday-Thursday, my wife and I and our 2 and a half year old son, and it should be noted the excellent, kind and welcoming service of all the staff who went above and beyond what they were required to do, Also the food was excellent and plentiful, the rooms are clean and tidy every day!! Every request was answered immediately and they made sure we got everything we wanted, well done!! We will happily stay again!!

Прекрасный отдых в великолепном отеле Соотношение цена-качество идеальное Нас было трое взрослых [ в номере и мы выбрали категорию которая называется террас ( там огромный балкон и отдельная внутренняя комната для третьего в номере ) Очень удобно Завтраки и ужины разнообразные Море блюд Прямо со стороны бассейна выход на набережную, пляж и променад с магазинчиками . Большой ТЦ очень близко пешком пару минут Рекомендуем отель Нептун от души!
