  • Guest：订酒店近二十年，第一次遇见这么差的，到酒店后，例行把身份证给前台，説已预订的酒店房间，然后拿卡，顺便问一句:早餐在哪？几点？前台帅哥回答:“你订的没有早餐”“哦（疑惑回答，心里想，难道忘了）”，接着拿过房卡到房间，联系携程客服，看可否加早餐，客服经理説:“你订的已含早餐。”然后他热心与酒店沟通一下，过几分钟，房间固话接到前台通知，説有空去拿早餐券。我説马上下，到前台拿时，我再次查看自己的订单，发觉自己不但有两份早餐，而且是豪华双床房，但前台给我的是大床房。讯息化时代，这都会错，而且一错再错。若不是携程客服，自己…。
