Very comfy and great breakfast

We had an amazing experience at M?venpick Hotel Bursa, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. From the elegant interiors to the warm hospitality, it truly delivers a 5 star experience in every sense.
The location is excellent, close to downtown Bursa yet peaceful, with easy access to major attractions, shopping malls, and dining spots. The views of the city and surrounding mountains from our room were absolutely stunning, especially at night.
Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was equipped with high end amenities. Every detail, from lighting to layout, made the stay relaxing and luxurious.
The service was outstanding. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely attentive to every request. Check in was smooth, and the team made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Breakfast at M?venpick was a highlight, a beautiful buffet spread with a wide range of Turkish and international dishes, freshly baked pastries, and excellent coffee. The restaurant staff were always friendly and made dining a pleasant experience.
Overall, M?venpick Bursa combines Swiss precision with Turkish warmth, offering comfort, great service, and luxury in one place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return on our next visit to Bursa.

I was very happy to stay here . Every thing is perfect. I love the hot springs thermal pool very much, we enjoyed it really much . The rooftop restaurant is so nice , tasty food and stunning views. Love everything.

The room big size but very old furniture air-conditioning not good very old . Even balcony door can't be locked. Keep its open by its self from wind which switch off the ac . It's night mare sleep here .

Разочарование. Для отеля такого уровня грязные половые дорожки и уровень сервиса явно недостаточен. На завтрак нет возможности заказать свежеприготовленную яичницу. СПА хороший, но очень скользко, воду с полов не убирают вовремя.
