Nous avons séjourné dans un appartement de la Résidence La Cigale à Arzon. Le grand luxe, appartement climatisé avec une chambre immense et une literie parfaite. La pièce de vie est très fonctionnelle et très bien aménagée, avec un balcon. A deux pas du port. L'accès à la piscine de l'h?tel est un plus très appréciable, à l'eau de Mer extrêmement propre et agréable. Le service comme le prêt de serviettes et de peignoirs est très bien et l'accueil de tout le personnel est à la hauteur des 5 étoiles. Vraiment très sympathique. Une très belle découverte ??

Magnifique h?tel et spa à Arzon, face mer comme un paquebot amarré sur un lac face mer...Luxe, calme et volupté... Accueil, attentions multiples, soins parfaits et restaurant haut de gamme divin... Chambre de 27m2 avec terrasse privative sur la baie, privilégier l'aile Est avec le soleil du matin l'été, l'aile Ouest peut-être trop chaude, cela dépend des attentes de chacun... Climatisation parfaite et douce. Insonorisation parfaite. Le restaurant Le Safran est divin. Le buffet fruits de mer servi le Jeudi et Dimanche exceptionnel !!...

This hotel looking more like a ship than a hotel is a very good hotel with a wonderful staff. Located adjacent to the busy sailboat harbor with many nice restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel itself has a very nice restaurant with bar itself. The topper is that we unfortunately left several items in the room when we moved onto the next hotel on our Normandy tour. We emailed the hotel what we left. They found the items we left plus two more. They forwarded these items to us back in the States on their dime. They were marvelous. Thank you very much.

Absolument parfait de l'accueil au départ en passant par notre suite, les repas, les soins, les charmantes attention, la politesse et sympathie du personnel. La ponctualité et la qualité des soins sont exceptionnels et beaucoup d'autres centres de thalasso pourraient s'en inspirer. La qualités des mets, leur présentation, le choix de la carte en font un restaurant gastronomique de premier ordre. Les bars sont très confortables et accueillants. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute. Un professionnalisme sans faute.

We spent 3 nights and 4 days, enjoying the spa facilities and lovely surroundings . You can do a couple of very nice walks all along the beaches and coast paths nearby. You can also walk to port Arzon. We booked a thalassotherapy. The rooms are comfortable and spotless, the spa is clean and pleasant. Restaurant and bar are great. Don’t forget to go to the beautiful heated salted pool at the very top of the building. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a rest with peace and quiet. The staff at the reception/ front desk were welcoming and I want to thank Coline in particular and Nicolas the concierge. We hope to come back.

Have stayed 4 times before and will be back again. Location, decor, service and staff all excellent.

This hotel does not live up to a 5 stars hotel experience and standards. On the positive, great location, nice building, nice rooms, very quiet and peaceful. On the negative, No welcoming staff, a single concierge acting as doorman, butler and valet when available and during day time only. You basically have to park your car yourself and carry your luggage(s) when the concierge is not available, For breakfast, buffet only. If you wish to iron a shirt, there is no iron nor iron board available in the hotel. Dry cleaning service only. I had better customer care and experience in 4 stars hotels. This is simply not acceptable.

This property is unique, enchanting, and so relaxing. The staff was friendly and very helpful

This property is unique with its set up as build like a ship. Rooms have lovely balconies. Most activities on top floor, pool, restaurants, gym, with wonderful view on the ocean.
