Las luces amarillas le dan poca iluminación a la habitación. El tema de la demora en los ascensores algo a mejorar. Pero todo lo demás brillante y hermoso

El hotel está en una ubicación muy cómoda para realizar una rutina familiar o de negocios. Está cerca de las autopistas y de la playa. Tiene todos los ammenities necesarios para una estadía cómoda y relajante. El personal es muy amable y siempre está dispuesto a incluso sacarte una sonrisa. Desde su trabajo en sí, hasta detalles que te dejan boquiabierto. Lo único negativo es que queda algo lejos de la zona más activa de Haifa, por lo que para llegar vas a tener que moverte en transporte público o taxi si es que no tenés auto.

Hi. If was a pleasant surprise to be informed that the room was ready . (2 hours before the check in time). The reception procedure was fast. The room - very good, large, with coffee machine, clean sheets, clean bathroom and the television has the basic channels (you don't need more). The dining room - a lot of options in the evening and the morning. Perfect (send our complements to the chef). Maintenance - Due to a problem with the coffee machine, the maintenance man arrived quickly and solved the problem and even added the capsules that were blocking the machine. It was a stormy weather and the airconditioning does it work . Easy parking place, near the entrance . Excellent hotel with excellent persons. Yakov and Sari Abulafya

H?tel très agréable, personnel souriant et toujours à l'écoute. Qualité de la literie et de la nourriture vraiment très élevée. Nettoyage des chambres impeccable.

We had a great weekend! A very nice, clean room with a stunning view to the sea. The staff were super friendly. Especially we enjoyed from the SPA. The massage was one of the best we ever had! The food was good, but we were missing some variety and more healthy options. In the swimming pool, there were clean towels missing. But except of those small rejected, it was perfect. And we consider to come back even for one day just for the massage.

The hotel is great - the rooms are big , clean, well equipped and well maintained. The staff is friendly and serviceable. The pool is perfect - indoor, clean, warm. The spa is very nice with a good dry sauna, gym and great massage area. A special attention I would like to pay to Tatiana the masseur who was very professional and customer oriented. I've experienced a glorious massage with her. The hotel is located 50 meters from the sea.
