We booked the junior suite for 900 euros a night. For that price it is an extremely basic room. The bathroom is small and not ventilated at all, even with the door wide open you will find all mirrors completely fogged. The bathroom products are fine holiday inn standard, I would expect higher end for the price. No body lotion provided. The sheets and pillows feel old, the whole room needs an update to keep up with modern standards. On the plus side there is plenty of room to unpack and relax and the views are to die for. We ate at the restaurant once, a drink at the bar once, and breakfast 3 times. Food at restaurant was fine but overpriced (100 euro for two people with no drinks and no dessert). Bar was good and with a great view. Breakfast was decent but basic, for the price. Coffee was good and fast. Service was middling. There was the appearance of being helpful but the manager especially was unhelpful. He would be strolling around but avoid any contact with guests. I was trying to get coffee in the room and he kept making the receptionist tell me no, but wouldn’t talk to me himself despite being right there. His attitude explains a lot about the disrepair state of this hotel. Parking is available if you reserve it, would advise that as it’s a busy area. Great location and can walk to the center of Porto Cervo. Pool advertised a bar and service during the main hours but it was never operating (last week of August). It was nice pool with plenty of room and sun chairs. That’s hard to get these days so I appreciated that at least.

Absolutely do not stay if you have young children
Terrible communication from hotel beforehand - over 1 / 2 weeks to reply (if at all), refusing to email (no hotel email I could find).
Promised a cab from the airport (our expense) - have screenshots. Didn’t arrive, zero apology from the hotel.
No “Hello, welcome…” upon arrival, in fact not one single smile or hello in passing from a single female member of staff throughout. The male staff were fine.
They hate children. We had two under 3 (so a bulky double-stroller) and were put on the lowest level - had to navigate lots of narrow stairs in the dark with all our luggage, with a little help from the bellhop. Receptionist promised they’d move us first thing the next AM - of course they didn’t. No further help forthcoming when moving things up stairs - other guests kindly helped carry when they saw we were struggling & the staff were ignoring us.
For some reason they took away our electricity card twice whilst out - leaving us to wait for a replacement in the dark and slamming the phone down for us having the temerity to ask for the card back!
Air-conditioning (July) in one of our rooms never once worked. In the other room it couldn’t be adjusted/turned off. Safe didn’t work in one room. Didn’t feel comfortable bringing these things up with the staff due to their general attitude.
Staff smoked on-site.

Breakfast nothing special (rude staff).
Only begrudgingly gave change of €50.

responsabile di sala, razzista e isterica
premetto che vado in quella struttura da quando ero piccolo e molte persone tra cui in particolar modo il direttore Giorgio sono persone eccezionali e professionali. In piena estate alle 10:33, mi siedo al tavolo per fare colazione, vengo avvicinato dal cameriere avvisandomi che la colazione chiudeva alle 10:30, gli mostrai il display del telefono, indicava 10:34 e chiesi un po' di sflessibilita'; mi rispose da domani no!.
con anzia velocemente vado al buffet per prendere da mangiare perche gia' stavano toglievano il cibo per portarlo in cucina, una cliente mi disse "ma gia' stanno togliendo da mangiare?! ma ad agosto, non si puo' chiudere alle 1030 .." io le risposi "si, sono d'accordo " ad un certo punto sono stato aggredito verbalmente dalla responsabile di sala nonostante fosse lontana dicendomi "se volete mangiare, il ristorante apre alle 12, potete venire dopo" scostumatamente intromettendosi tra uno scambio di opinioni tra clienti. Non contenta la responsabile di sala, mi disse parole di odio verso i meridionali e ammise di essere razzista. Tutto questo il 10 Agosto mentre un cliente è in vacanza ed è meridionale. Oltre a questo si aggiunge che la mattina alle 7:30 venivo svegliato dall'aspiravolere elettrica che usava i personale delle pulizia nei corridoi soprastanti. ciliegina sulla torta il penultimo giorno , ho saputo che hanno rubato un cliente (meridionale) nella camera della struttura.

Abbiamo scelto Luci di La Muntagna per il suo fascino senza tempo, e siamo stati accolti in una struttura che rappresenta al meglio l’eleganza discreta e l’ospitalità di alto livello tipica della Costa Smeralda. La posizione è unica: centrale ma riservata, consente in pochi minuti a piedi, di raggiungere il cuore di Porto Cervo, pur mantenendo una quiete impagabile. La vista sul porto e sul mare è un vero spettacolo: ogni finestra, ogni angolo dell’hotel regala scorci memorabili, soprattutto al tramonto. Le camere sono luminose, ordinate e impeccabilmente pulite, arredate con gusto e complete di ogni comfort. Un equilibrio perfetto tra stile e funzionalità. La cucina si distingue per coerenza e qualità: ottime materie prime lavorate con rispetto, piatti equilibrati e ben eseguiti, servizio puntuale ma mai freddo. Ma ciò che rende l’esperienza davvero speciale è l’attenzione del personale: cordiale, professionale, autenticamente premuroso. Un team che sa interpretare i desideri degli ospiti con discrezione e naturalezza. Abbiamo viaggiato con il nostro cucciolo di maltese, che è stato accolto con grande delicatezza: dalla preparazione di un cuscino dedicato in camera, fino alle attenzioni ricevute in ristorante, dove ogni gesto ha dimostrato sensibilità e cura anche nei confronti degli amici a quattro zampe. Un soggiorno memorabile, in una struttura che unisce panorama, qualità e calore umano. Torneremo presto con grande piacere.

Cuando hicimos el check in , la mujer rubia que nos atendió nos trató pésimamente . No fue amable . Llegamos a la habiatacion y la caja fuerte no andaba , tampoco la luz del ba?o que no tenía ventanas, por lo que era necesaria. Le avisamos y nos trató de que no sabíamos usarla, nos acompa?ó a la habitación y ahí comprobó lo que mi esposo le decía., que tenía poca batería , no era que no sabía usarla. Y vio que la luz tampoco andaba . Nos dijo que iba a mandar “en seguida” a alguien de mantenimiento. Paso mas de una hora y nadie vino. Tuvimos que volver a reclamarle . Pero más allá de eso , fue la poca amabilidad en todo momento, la cara de enojada y a cada consulta era como que la molestábamos. El resto del hotel , personal de desayuno , etc, también se notaba que le faltaba entrenamiento y ganas. La habitación teníalo justo y faltaba mantenimiento. No se justifica el precio . El hotel en general tiene “poca onda y ambiente”. Sinceramente, esta falta de amabilidad nos ensombreció el inicio del viaje. Pocas veces nos han tratado tan poco cortésmente.

Average. View lovely Water 7 euros a bottle Rooms very very small Rooftop nice Breakfast cakes fab but stabled eggs every day!!!!! If I've paid for breakfast why the same every day! The lady at breakfast who serves three coffee is very very very rude. When I approached her to ask why same breakfast there was eye rolling and possibly even swearing in her language. I will try speak to hotel manager later. Terrible attitude.

We picked this hotel for its location and sadly that is what it relies on . We booked a superior sea view, well I can’t image what a normal room must be like!! Our room yes had the most amazing view but that was it, it was tiny and very basic. That we could have coped with but the bathroom flooded everytime we had a shower or filled the basin! We told housekeeping who informed us all the showers in the hotel leaked!! They just supplied us with more towels to mop it up!!! We couldn’t get any English news channels even though they were on the tv - just blank Breakfast was ok if you like very sweet pastries, cakes and scrambled egg, we enquired about a poached egg and was told it was 8€ extra and an omelette was 10€ . We had to pay 5€ for a beach towel on the whole we felt it was tired, basic and money grabbing . The housekeeping staff were very helpful ( as they had to mop us out a few times) as was one waiter at breakfast. Reception had an uninterested and uncaring attitude . Car hire is essential here as the hotel is on a hill and a long walk to amenities . We will not be back

Nous avons séjourné à l’h?tel Lucia di La Muntagna et avons beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement : les différents espaces de l’h?tel sont très agréables et calmes, et on est à seulement quelques minutes à pied des restaurants et des boutiques, ce qui est très pratique. Le petit déjeuner est bon, mais très axé sur le sucré — ce serait bien d’avoir un peu plus de choix salés. Mention spéciale au barman pour ses excellents cocktails et sa gentillesse ! Le personnel à la réception ainsi que les femmes de chambre sont également très agréables et professionnels. En revanche, grosse déception concernant le personnel du restaurant. L’ambiance y est oppressante : ils insistent lourdement pour nous faire commander les plats les plus chers, et essaient clairement de pousser à la consommation. Pas de sourire, peu d’amabilité, et un sentiment général d’agacement à chaque demande. Nous avons été servis deux fois par un certain Yuri, particulièrement désagréable. Les plats sont extrêmement chers pour des recettes très simples (par exemple des pates basiques), et le rapport qualité-prix n’est vraiment pas au rendez-vous. En résumé : h?tel agréable et bien situé, personnel globalement sympathique (sauf au restaurant), mais je déconseille fortement de manger sur place.

Storico hotel di Porto Cervo, credo il primo costruito da queste parti. Non adatto a chi viene qui per frequentare locali tipo il vecchio billionaire ma a quelli che vogliono godere in piena comodità la bellezza della costa Smeralda. Ottima anche la cucina del ristorante, dai culurgiones fatti in casa alla seadas.
