Excellent location—within easy walking distance to all the main attractions. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

This was an excellent stay. Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment. Excellent location with views to the Alhambra itself. Staff were helpful and kind, from booking to checking out. It was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Granada. Definitely recommended.

Clean good quality well equipped apartment. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Good central location. Only downside was online check-in of 4 persons full details including IDs by smartphone which could have been done more easily at the booking stage.

Great Location and Space, But the Smell Was a Dealbreaker The location was great and the size of the apartment was awesome. I loved that it had everything we needed—kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms, laundry, and a living room. It was super convenient, especially since we were visiting the Alhambra. Unfortunately, as soon as we walked in, the room smelled like sewage. We tried airing it out, but it actually got worse when we opened the windows. We even bought incense to help, but nothing worked. On top of that, the area was really noisy—people were out until at least 1 a.m., and the noise from tourists and music made it hard to sleep. Overall, the convenience and space were great, ladies at front desk helpful/sweet, but I wouldn’t stay here again. The smell alone ruined the experience for me.

Excellent emplacement , toutes les commodités sont disponibles dans l appartement. En plein centre. Seul petit bémol , le stationnement qui est cher mais sinon tout était au top!

Stayed at both BiBo Real Chancilleria and Nuevo. Both great locations and super helpful front desk that allowed us to store our luggage . Highly recommended.
