火車站出來走一條街就到，去巴士站可以在火車站邊坐路面電車幾站路，非常方便，前臺姑娘熱情可愛

On the last night of our visit, both the heating system and hot water were not functioning. After a long day, we were unable to shower and were shivering in the cold room all night (it was the end of December). This situation was particularly distressing given that I was traveling with my parents, who are in their late 60s and early 70s. As a result of the cold and discomfort, both of them fell ill.
I understand that unforeseen issues can occur, but it is the hotel’s responsibility to address such matters fairly. There wa sa lack of acknowledgement or apology from the staff at checkout and despite raising this issue by email, no one from the hotel replied about this significant lapse in service. The inability to access basic and essentials like heat and hot water constitutes a failure to deliver the standard of care and service we rightfully expected. There was no effort to compensate for the inconvenience, no gesture of goodwill, not even a simple "sorry" for failing to meet such basic standards.
I cannot recommend staying here and sincerely hope management takes these issues seriously and improve both their facilities and customer service moving forward.

非凡国际訂的是包括早餐的，因為早上要趕火車，沒來得及吃，前臺按非凡国际的要求在非凡国际出門前打包了兩份早餐，有飲料酸奶麪包等，分量也不算少

We had a good stay in the hotel. It’s very near to the train station, around 4-6 mins walk. The staff is also very accommodating and nice. On our check in day we were greeted by this male reception, he was nice and he helped us typed out a letter to state our time of arrival in the hotel as we had our luggage delivered after being lost during our Vueling flight from London to Malaga and our insurance company was asking for it due to some claims. The staff also assisted me in calling Vueling using their phone a few times, thank you.
The rooms were nice too and it’s very spacious. They had a gym and spa, we enjoyed using both. There ha a bus stop outside the hotel, about 5 mins ride to the Cathedral and if you choose to walk, it’s about 20 min. Lots of eating places around the hotel too.
Highly recommended for your stay in Granada. ??

Room is big and comfortable. Location is good. Near railway station. Many eateries.

For me , this is absolutely not a 4 star hotel.
1. Only stairs are available in the main entrance , no guidance to use side entrance if you have heavy luggages. Staff are not even helping/ guiding you to use side entrance via car park. I only know it when I ask. And they can see us clearly carrying two big luggages.
2. Staff are not friendly, you won’t feel welcome at all. The room is just average. There are no restaurants/ supermarkets nearby.

Didn't expect this hotel is just a stone away from the main train station. Bus stops outside the hotel, surrounded with cafes, restaurants and easy to get taxi service. Free buffet breakfast was okay, same menu daily. Strictly 12nn check out no extensions not even 30mins or even if we are willing to pay extra they did not allow us even if the hotel ia not fully booked. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
