  • Guest：I enjoyed my stay as I always do. From check in to check out, everything was great. Lovely Sunday roast which was perfect. Great staff who are friendly and attentive. I'll be back.
  • Guest：The heating was broken in the room I booked. After waiting for an hour or so, I was finally asked to move rooms. The replacement room was half the size, but warm, at least. Also, the toilet in the replacement room was broken, causing it to flush automatically every 5-10mins. There was what seemed to be pips banging together, which could be heard until then kitchen staff went home. Possibly watershutting off somewhere, shocking the pipes. I was glad to check out and go home, to be fair.
  • Guest：There was nothing to not like. The bedroom was divine, the bed comfy, everything you need and more, food in the restaurant was delicious and the staff were so lovely and friendly. I shall return for a social visit and this will be my go to for when I'm working in the area. Thank you to Andrew and his team.
  • Guest：usual good service and comfort however was troubled this time by a thick layer of dust in the bedroom, especially on lamp, radio and tissue box next to bed as well as there being some debris on the bathroom floor. I expect better of any hotel let alone one that is usually very good in this respect
