Perfetto. Situato in ottima posizione per passeggiare lungo il Passirio, visitare il vicino centro e fare piacevoli escursioni nelle vicinanze. Camere molto confortevoli, accuratissima pulizia, colazione particolarmente ricca e varia. Cortesia e disponibilità di tutto il personale. Consigliatissimo!

Hotel bello, pulito, elegante. Il personale gentile e molto professionale! La colazione intercontinentale e buona! La nostra stanza perfetta in ogni angolo, anche con il camino in camera. Parcheggio sia al coperto sia fuori. La struttura tipica è in una posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro della città e fare una passeggiata nel verde e lungo il fiume. è completo di tutti i servizi necessari per un'ottima permanenza. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

GEWELDIG HOTEL! Het hotel wordt gerund door een familie en dat merk je aan alles. Als gast ben je belangrijk en voel je je gewaardeerd. Je bent geen nummer zoals in veel grote ketens. Alles is super schoon, de faciliteiten zijn uitstekend: parkeergelegenheid, lift, prachtig zwembad, airco op de kamer, elektrisch rolgordijn, mini-bar, voldoende ruimte. Het personeel is geweldig. Allemaal, van de ontbijtdames tot de schoonmakers en de receptie. De eigenaren doen écht alles om het je naar de zin te maken. Het hotel ligt op een super locatie. Naast het riviertje de Passer met een fraai wandelpad. Het is ongeveer 400 meter lopen en dan sta je in het centrum! Wij reizen behoorlijk veel en zowel mijn man als ik vinden dit een van de fijnste hotels ooit!! Helemaal TOP!

Merano is a special little gem that we just loved. The hotel is beautiful and Dan was so helpful and very funny. The staff were super friendly and breakfast was great. Definitely worth the trip!

There is an understated elegance in this family-owned property rare to find elsewhere these days, and this is precisely why I enjoyed every minute of my stay. It is perfect for a relaxing holiday: everything is spotlessly clean and in good order. The added benefits are the location (just overlooking river Passiria, at walking distance from everything in Merano) and the small private park, with perfectly manicured lawns and a decently sized pool. Service is courteous and attentive, with special mention to Daniele, always available and willing to be helpful. The hotel is not cheap in absolute terms, but is correctly priced if you take into account that Merano is a classy and sought-after destination. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Very friendly staff - even if we were not able to go to dinner they were able to offer us a dinner in the breakfast room. Tommy’s are very clean. Breakfast was great with coffee/tea served on the table. Pool very well maintained - location nearby Meran Center.

Beautiful hotel in prime location. All the employees were so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The room was a bit small, but very comfortable and well appointed. Garden / pool area is beautiful! Great location to walk around Merano. Highly recommend!

A perfectly located low-key high quality hotel with a dedication to detail and service. Pool is excellent, secluded from the busyness of Merano, with stunning views and the sounds of the nearby river. Service is friendly and authentic with special care offered by the family run business. A special shout out to Daniel for his kind enthusiasm. Simply the best.
