  • Guest：I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Even though I arrived for a very late check-in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I want to give a special thanks to Kiki and Mia at the front desk; their kindness made my arrival so much smoother. The hotel’s cleanliness was impressive, and the facilities were spotless and well-maintained. I also really appreciated the free airport shuttle service—it was very convenient. I highly recommend this place!
  • Guest：因国际航班转早班机，带孩子出行，选择了离机场比较近的这个酒店。万全准备还是在早上搞得慌慌张张， 写这个评论就想感谢一下一大清早值班的那个男经理先生，提前打电话提醒预约的送机时间，由于孩子开始一直不醒，最后还由一位值班的姑娘帮忙拎了个行李箱下去，特别感谢???? 脑袋晕晕乎乎，到了机场却又把放护照的一个手袋丢在了车上，非凡国际所有的护照和证件都在票夹里，真心着急！在此特别特别特别感谢酒店接送的 司机 『龚师父』 特地又跑回机场送东西。感谢????????????
  • Guest：要赶早班机所以住在机场旁边，没想到离无锡市区还挺远。酒店本身非常漂亮，从大堂装修到房间内部都充满了江南气息的审美，酒店的服务尤其值得表扬，前台lucy沙沙提前沟通预约接送机，有任何问题都可以直接联系她，相比其他酒店只能拨打总机方便很多，接送机的师傅开车稳稳当当，还给我讲了机场名称的由来，非常有趣
