實際環境設施等，和評定的4.2分等級懸殊巨大，完全是被欺騙的感覺，所以建議評分要對消費者負責，不應單純幫助店家營銷，為實現高額利潤負責。酒店告知每天停車45美金，但是沒有告知停車不是24小時45美金，更沒有告知退房后就要開走，否則加錢。我預訂的房間約3000元一天，可是實際居住的房間要自己爬樓，沒有電梯也就不説了，門都關不嚴實，由此可見一斑，如照片，這是什么體驗，請大家體會一下。預訂的第二天房還不給退房，交涉至今還在交涉之中……關鍵是破壞了整個旅行的情緒……

非常美麗的酒店，就在espanola way旁邊，離海灘走路5分鐘左右，酒店樓下古巴菜非常好吃。去市區的公交站走路1分鐘。

Beautiful hotel, incredible location and very friendly staff. The pool area and bar are stunning and the place smells AMAZING. As a solo traveller I felt very safe. Only thing i missed was a suitcase rack and topped up coffee supplies.

(38F) I stayed at Esme Miami Beach for one night before taking off on cruise. Wished I booked an earlier flight so I can venture out in the area. It's located right in the center of Espanola Way where there's a ton of food options and night scene in Art Deco district. The bellman helped and guided me straight to my room (sorry I can't remember his name but he was on staff 11/26 evening), he gave some pointers on food and beach within walking distance. The room size was perfect for me as I was traveling alone. Love the bathroom set and it was huge! I got up early to take advantage of their rooftop pool. It was relaxing as it was clean and quiet. I later grab lunch at their bar/cafe there also. Before heading to the cruiseport, I dropped my luggage off at the front desk to hold while I walked over to the beach which was like 5 mins away. I will definitely stay here again!

The location is very good, the staff is friendly and the rooms looked great. I had no problems with the cleanliness. I think it would be better if the valet fee was a little more affordable.
