It was always loud and you could hear other guests at all hours. No hot water, pillows were terrible. A hostel would have been better value. But the staff were lovely

Stayed here for one night. It was okay for one night but would not stay longer than that. Clean bed, hot shower, self controlled heater, decent breakfast. The hotel has 5 levels and no elevator. Reception and dining are on the ground level. Rooms are on the proceeding levels so be prepared to climb stairs. A few notes for improvement: A friend and I stayed in room 237. Two comfortable beds, decent amount of space for ourselves and luggage for one night. 3 hangers provided for clothes. 2 small body towels and 2 hand towels were provided. Requested extra towels and was told they didn't have any more. The towels were thin. No floor towel nor face cloths provided. The blow dryer worked one minute and not the next. Its also a model where you have to hold ON button down. The lever for the body wash didn't work, glad we brought our own. The shower was slow drained so water pooled. They could also use a new shower curtain, it has mold spots on it.

Friendly
The hotel manager/owner was fantastic. He knew when we were going to Machu Picchu and made sure we had our passports, bus tickets, and Machu Picchu tickets. When there was trouble getting out of Aguas Calientes, he was working with his contacts to give is updates. Im not sure we would have been able to leave without his assistance. He was helpful in every way during our stay.

Ich war mit mein Sohn in ein doppeltes Zimmer, die Betten waren sehr bequem und sauber, Internet hat auch gut funktioniert und das Personal war nett und zukommend. Das Frühstück im Hotel war gut; Preis-Leistungstechnisch hat es sich im Vergleich zu den anderen Hotels definitiv gelohnt.

If you like poor wifi and cold showers, .
The hotel is in a great location (but I think all hotels in Aguacalientes are). We were in Room 305, the wifi was very poor, so bad you could not upload any pictures if you wanted to. The hot water is shut off during the day, if you wanted hot water had to ask them o turn it on than wait 5-10 mins, our room ran out of toilet paper, the free breakfast was sparse and unlike all the other hotels we stayed at ther was no tea and coca leaves available 24 hrs per day. There were not many people staying at the hotel, so you would think that the service would’ve been better.

UNE ETAPE !
Un h?tel familial bien situé pour visiter le Macchu Pichu. Service de bagagerie. Proposition de petit-déjeuner agréable.
