The room had a great view of Boston. The breakfast was very good. Workers were very nice. The location was great, easy to get to and right next a parking garage. Would stay here again.

Room was clean, everything in room was controlled by a ipad which was prerrty cool. Conveniently located on middle of all attractions. The restaurant food really good, breakfeast buffet with low price. Definitely will visit again.

Staff was polite, room was clean but very small, 7 feet wide by 25 feet deep. Blanket was small, only two pillows but location and price excellent

The staff are excellent. The rooms are very clean. I highly recommend this hotel. The close proximity to North station and the North End are a bonus.

We really loved it! Yes the rooms are small but it’s also perfect because who is spending that much time there anyway? SO convenient for a bruins game. Everything was easy to use and understand; they were even kind enough to hold our luggage so we could go around town without lugging it on our last day since we had a later flight.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at CitizenM Boston North Station. Our room was spotless and very quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. This is not your typical hotel - it has a techy-European vibe, with a small but adequate minimalistic room and an iPad synched up to the room’s lights, media, blinds, and climate control. The iPad functions all worked smoothly, and it was simple to cast from my iPhone to the room’s tv. One comment on the bed - person #1 can get in and out easily, but person #2 is kind of land locked next to the window. This wasn’t an issue for our stay - but I mention it in case a guest may have difficulty climbing away from the window to get out of bed (e.g. if you have back or knee issues.) Our room came with a small fridge which was handy. There was no coffee maker in the room but the cafe area on the 4th floor had coffee available in the morning for a modest fee. The lobby area also had plenty of space to hang out with a selection of board games available. One last plus for the hotel - its location is awesome. Right at North Station/TD Garden, you have immediate access to the commuter rail, the MBTA green and orange lines, a Star Market, a CVS across the street, and a nice selection of places for food and drink in Hub Hall. We will definitely return for future overnight stays in Boston!

The bed was very comfortable and dark with the blackout curtains and completely soundproof considering it’s on a busy street in Boston.

For the purpose of going to a bruins/celtics/concert or anything at TD Garden this was very convenient. Parking in the basement of North station ($75 overnight) go up and around the corner (2 min walk outside) and you are right there!
The room it self is laid out very well using every little space. If you have not been together for a while then I wouldn’t recommend, tight fit and absolutely zero privacy in the bathroom. My husband’s feet smelt after a tight game and it made the whole room stink. Can’t open the windows or anything so be prepared to be very close!! One person has to climb over the other to go in the bathroom at night since bed is pushed up to window.
For the price we paid to not have to drive home after a night out and the convenience to the graden it was great but if you’re looking for a little more space and privacy should look elsewhere.
