Everything was amazing. The room, the staff, and the location was great. Came here for an Mgk concert and it was perfect.

We had no washcloths two hand towels, and two bath towels for two nights stay I received extra towels from the housekeeper for our second day was very happy about it came back to my room and the new towels were removed and we were back from where we started, we were staying for two nights stay and after our first night at normal check-in, we were locked out of our rooms and had to run back downstairs after we had help on the elevator with our key card didn’t know why and then we couldn’t enter our rooms. Had to go all the way back downstairs and get new keys. We ate in the restaurant after the game and it was the most horrible generic food possible we’ve stayed here before. It was definitely a convenience of location, but totally disappointed in amenities. I do always say that the beds are very comfortable though definitely will rethink ever booking there again, even though we have family staying there this weekend.

One major flaw. There was an emergency alarm that went off telling people to lockdown.
It was terrifying. A bunch of people hiding in their room. Apparently it was a false alarm but there was zero fall up to say so!! Never had an experience like that ever.

I am very upset with the hotel. My son stayed in this hotel for 7 nights. 5 out of 7 nights he has been sick, staying in the hotel most of the time. He has had fever and terrible cold. My aunt called the hotel a day before the check out date and the hotel understood the situation and allowed him to stay till 2 pm on the check out date so he can rest a bit before traveling to the airport. But now the hotel just said that they won’t allow him to stay till 2 pm unless he pay for late check out fee. The lady who served us also said she will note the front desk on this ask. Apparently there was no note left at the front desk.
Now to solve the immediate issue, we called the front desk and told the situation. The front desk still insisted to charge. At this point, as a mother, I will definitely pay for the extra hours my son could stay to rest. But the hotel doesn’t seem to care about this.
I am very upset and sad to see this kind of response from the hotel. We asked earlier and now the hotel changes their mind. They will charge him USD 80. Have you ever been sick and can’t even go out? I have never experienced the poor response from the hotel. Can HOTEL MANAGER CONTACT ME. I THINK THIS IS THE WORST RESPONSE.
The hotel numbers listed in the web is useless. I was calling from outside the US and on hold for 30 minutes.

房間乾凈簡約，地點方便離地鐵走路兩分鐘，步行到小義大利區或波士頓公園也都很近。
早餐推薦可以加購，品項不多但都好吃，早晨坐在外面露臺享受陽光用餐很舒適。
唯一可惜的是覺得枕頭有點太高。

太美了，訂了城市景觀的房間獨自慶生好喜歡。白天晚上的景色都很美 ?????- ?-?? 白天還可以看到日出 面向海邊 房間獨自一人不會太小 不是第一次住citizenM了 體驗都蠻不錯的 這家還在車站附近 超級方便
唯一的缺點大概是冰箱不太冰 買了生日蛋糕會壞掉 只好麻煩柜臺幫忙冷藏

Отличный новый отель.
Номера небольшие, но все очень комфортно! Удобная большая кровать прямо у окна с видом на город (при заселении можно выбрать низкий или высокий этаж и вид - на город или нет).
Регистрация удобная
Душ и вся сантехника новые, все супер.
Современный телевизор
Свет, кондиционер, телевизор и пр. Управляется с планшета, что тоже очень удобно.
Есть два вида штор - блекаут и от яркого солнца.
Район удобный - можно быстро добраться до Кембриджа, до Даунтауна пешком 15 минут.
, тропа Свободы также находится рядом
Отель находится в здании автовокзала, но народу немного и это соседство не ощущается. Зато рядом есть большой фуд-корт, огромный супермаркет где огромный выбор всего, в том числе алкоголя и готовой еды. Также через дорогу - литл итали, где много вкусных ресторанчиков и баров.
В общем, мы очень рады, что выбрали этот отель.
