The comment above was meant to be another hotel, but my stay here was not good either. On the first day I arrived, I was an hour early to check in; we didn't mind waiting to have lunch while waiting. When we came back, I was told to let a bunch of drunk Americans check in first, and they said to me that my room wasn't ready 45 minutes after the check-in time. Then I told them I checked in an hour before I needed my card in my room. Then a male receptionist shouted, “We already did what we can do”. I said, “I can see this hotel is under staff”. Then I was given a room card after 15mins.When I got into my room, a plumber was fixing the toilet. We couldn't rest until he got it fixed and left. We felt exhausted and a waste of time for the long check-in. The following day, we went to the hotel restaurant for breakfast. We were shocked that our room was tidied even though we didn't put the card outside saying we needed our bed to be made up. Our luggage was not locked; our passport and cash were in the room. Also, my electronic devices are put on the table. On the third day, they came back from sight seeing and found out our adopters were destroyed by putting the bed towards the wall. The cleaner should have heard it and should have reported it to the hotel. I went to the reception for it and the female receptionist didn't respond and had no ide why I would want to take away their adopter. I showed them picture, explained to them in English and Spanish, but they didn't feel sorry and said nothing to me. They dont greet people from day 1. To be honest, the management and communication skills are bad. Besides of them, the hotel locates in the center of center. The hotel breakfast offers medium level of breakfast with Flamenco show every night at 7pm and 9pm. The cleaning of the room is so so. The balcony area and window are dusty with webs. I would come back to the same area, but to different hotel.
