這里酒店的位置很方便樓下很多吃的
也很多酒吧
隔音不太好，這倒是一個問題
選擇了有早餐的組合，早餐還不錯

Near to city but the room is quite aged. At least well maintained

廊下にきつい香水臭が広がっていた。
また時間を指定してタクシーを頼んでいたにも関わらず、その時間にここには來ない。大通りまで出て自分で拾えと言われ焦った。
もっと早くに言って欲しかった。

Great place and location. Only problem it you have lots of luggage you need to walk to taxi stand.

Very convenient location within walking distance to shops and major attractions, with a lively atmosphere at night. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing my friend to check in early after her morning flight. Breakfast was enjoyable and served in a charming basement dining area. A decent hotel with a touch of vintage character.

La atención del personal no fue para nada amable. Nada de explicaciones u orientación a nuestros requerimientos. Habitación, con una tercer cama ?adicional de mala calidad y que reducía el espacio ya reducido de la habitación. Desayuno Pésimo, mala calidad de frutas, fiambres sin variedad y boyeria muy mala; sumado a esto el escaso personal ( 1 persona) atendiendo en el desayuno.
No pudimos hacer el late check out por falta de interés del personal y aunque dejamos las valijas en el depósito, automáticamente cortaron el wifi.
En resumen, Nada recomendable. Eviten este hotel en Madrid

Amazing stay! The staff is very friendly and helpful. he hotel is in the heart of Madrid, which makes it very convenient. Moreover, there are a lot of restaurants nearby.
