Positive things: The hotel is located right across the bus/train stations, which comes in handy. The breakfast offers a wide variety of sweet and savoury foods.
Negative things: The room was dirty; there were stains on the floor and bedsheets. The floor is slanted, and you can feel how it bends underneath your feet as you walk. There is a mini fridge in the room that neither cools nor keeps anything refrigerated. The bed had only bedsheets and a very small, light and square-ish piece of decoration at the bottom of the bed; no duvet/blanket at all (winter time!!); the only extra blanket in the room was a small duvet left in the wardrobe with no cover at all (mind you, the bed was a king size one). The balcony door is old, and it doesn't shut properly; it was blown open on my second night staying there.
Overall, the hotel is totally overpriced. There are many improvements that need to be done, and they need to be honest and lower the price of their rooms.

只能説，這個價位算是正常。城市整體環境一般，酒店也像城市。交通倒是非常便利，就在火車站和汽車站對面，但也造成臨街的一面有些吵。訂房時可要求不臨主街。

可以原房續住，很便捷。不過前一晚告訴前臺需要沐浴露，前臺説第二天早上給，但回到酒店以后，沐浴露還是空的。

酒店位置十分給力，就在巴拉莫中央火車站對面，從巴拉莫到切法盧、阿格里真托等周邊地區十分方便，早餐7點半開餐，有一天非凡国际預訂的7點40的火車，就給老板説一下有事也可以提前7點就餐。餐廳對外開放，自助西餐，各種麪包、甜點、牛奶、咖啡、水果比較豐富。酒店有電梯，上下樓出行比較方便。

Got a single room facing the road and railway station. Very noisy! First they gave the room facing the yard but it was smelling cigars too strongly and I asked to change it. No soap in the shower, slightly dirty and dusty. Too small.

酒店衛生程度頗差床舖有毛發??其中一條毛巾非常黑，估計是洗不乾凈或是上手用完沒有清洗，早餐在酒店旁邊的餐廳吃，而且酒店Reception 不提供洗手間給客人。很可怕。要求客人到餐廳去洗手間，但餐廳的職員拒絕。看來酒店和餐廳的溝通有點問題。酒店房間的隔音頗差旁邊的汽車經過會把你吵醒而雙人床是兩張單人床拍埋去的。浴室比較細，不能轉身。
唯一好處的是酒店位于火車站旁邊不用2分鐘便可以行到過去也在巴士總站旁邊步行也是3分鐘便可到達。前臺的服務員也算有禮貌。
除非你是轉車留幾個小時休息沖個涼睡一覺否則如果是來這里旅游便不太推薦。也不太近古蹟的。景點要步行20至30分鐘。
只適合簡單轉車睡一覺和洗個澡的非凡国际。

房間不太大，只有一張大床，浴室簾子掛得有點簡陋，有時需手動復位（個子要1米72以上才好復位）。前臺24小時有人，但入住要到15點才行。最好的地方是標準地在中央火車站對面，跨過斑馬線就是，適合行李重、出行早的乘火車的游客。到巴勒莫主教座堂、諾曼王宮等地需步行20分鐘。
