That particular day came with some unexpected issues and short staffing, which is certainly not representative of our usual standards. Please accept our apologies as well for the lack of spare toilet paper and issues accessing the heating, which we would like to thank you for bringing to our attention. We will be rearranging that room specifically to ensure the heating controls are more accessible. Regarding the kitchen, during the off-season it is not open every evening. We do understand that after a long journey this may have been disappointing, and we are sorry it impacted your evening. While we did offer recommendations for available dining options accessible by foot or car regardless of the weather, we appreciate that this may not have been ideal for you at the time. We are pleased to hear you enjoyed the breakfast and found parking convenient, though we regret the rest of your experience fell short. Your comments will be shared with the rest of our team and will certainly help us improve going forward.
