Very good experience at this hotel. Arrived on a wet and windy night to this centrally located hotel and was greeted by the very helpful Elizabeth. My room on the 2nd floor was a typical PI room with all that I needed supplied. It was also spotlessly clean. Quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The lady chef on Monday morning 12th January was excellent. Served me the best porridge ever. I have just one minor negative that applies to pretty much all the older Premier Inn's. The fixed shower heads without hose attachments are not great when it comes to female hygiene. I would stay here again. Thank you.

Great stay at the premier inn, Bedford Riverside. Town centre across the road and nearby Tesco express. The reception Kienan and Elizabeth are fantastic.. professional polite and warm welcome on arrival and on checkout. Breakfast was delicious and hot and the lady in the kitchen and at breakfast entrance is welcoming and lovely to talk with. I would highly recommend this hotel to family's and friends.

Great central location and adjoining river. Comfortabke room in modern building and close to amenities. Car parking arrangements confusing being multi storey run by Coucil as was free on Sunday when we arraived but unable to pay for Monday but operator let us out!

Really good experience, hotel was clean and staff were always friendly and on hand if we needed anything. The food was also very nice.

We got mo sleep due to the room being so hot and stuffy. The windows didn't open and we had a family room so four of us in the bedroom. We managed to eventually get the air con to work about four o'clock in the morning but I was awake all night. There was condensation all over the windows and bathroom mirror and the room just had no ventilation. It felt like we couldn't breathe. We open keep door open to help .

The chef who was working on Sunday 21st was exceptional. We have been to many Premier inns over the years. This lady asked us if she could make us different eggs , was proud of what she was serving , explained the different options, was friendly and polite . Even coming around the tables to see if we needed anything else . Felt well looked after . She deserves recognition for being proud of her work and going above and beyond .

I cannot praise the Team highly enough - we had assisted check-in and all staff were extremely helpful including the Manager - great Hotel experience!

Regular premier inn we would expect. The only down side of this hotel is the offsite parking.

Went for meal and drinks in evening. Food was great and staff really friendly and polite. Would strongly recommend this place for meal. Restaurant was clean and service was prompt. Will definitely go again when in area. Keep up the good work. Hope to see you soon.
