Ocean view in room 201.breakfast meagre and often no scrambled egg. No option to get a poached egg freshly cooked. Staff great. Bacon poor.

Para un hotel de 3 estrellas, está bien. Las habitaciones amplias y limpias con balcones muy grandes y vistas al mar. El desayuno bastante bien para un hotel de 3 estrellas. Pero para invierno con frío, las instalaciones comunes, como el restaurante y donde se toma el desayuno, hacía bastante frío. Otra cosa positiva fue la comida de navidad estaba muy bien calidad precio, pero al ser el techo de carpa, pasamos un poco de frío, a pesar de las estufas que pusieron. Otra cosa que se podría mejorar es el apartamento directo en el hotel que era demasiado peque?o, y no todos los coches aparcaban correctamente, impidiendo a otros la salida del apartamento. Otra cosa que me decepcionó un poco fueron las bebidas de bienvenida, que no nos la dieron y solo ofrecieron una cosumision para 1 persona , si usábamos el restaurante que no hicimos, ya que solo fuimos al restaurante durante la comida de navidad donde las bebidas estaban incluidas. También nos sorprendió que la recepción de noche no hablara espa?ol.

Room view is gorgeous and we got to enjoy sunrise right on our patio. Staff was very friendly. Room is a bit dated but well maintained and not run down. Unlike said in some reviews, we found the breakfast a pleasant and tasty experience with good selections including fresh bakeries, cold cuts, hot meat and eggs, fruits and beverages. Free parking is a plus. Will definitely consider coming back next time in Nerja!

Nice clean room with a very comfy bed and a kettle in the room. We also had a balcony which in summer would be lovely.
Hotel looks a little tired and could probably do with a refresh outside.

Rummet var rent och fint. Dock lite problem med myror. Trevlig personal. Frukosten var ok men inte mer. Saknade lite gr?nsaker.

Welcome to Nerja! What a place to pick for a relaxing holiday, with almost 360 degrees of view! Enjoy the sunrise from your private balcony, with a pair of sunloungers and outside shower. Views spanning from the mountain range to the north, down the hillside over the beautiful town. A spacious room with a nice bathroom. The room entry door faces the pool, and another great balcony overlooking the rest of the town below. Directly across from a supermarket, you will find great produce to stock your fridge. An easy walk into the town square for access to the beaches and local sights. It is a visual feast , and a relaxing atmosphere. Nerja is certainly the place to recharge. Hotel Los Arcos is a comfortable place to choose for your stay, making a great base for activities and sightseeing tours. Consider booking your stay, and enjoy the lifestyle.

no problem with staff really helpful rooms comfortable pool nice could do with better loungers. but im very sorry the breakfast lets the hotel down just not fresh not enough choice + the fruit was off please change this + people would be a lot happier

Clean room. Nice staff. Sea view . The breakfast let the hotel down fruit not fresh awful choice of cheese and meat in horrible old chiller. Pastries not good just had bread roll and jam every morning. Really need to look at the whole set up and make a lot of changes.
