Enjoyed our stay , room was okay , staff were great , food was average & monotonous and lacked a variety of GF options .
Evening entertainment was decent , distance to beach & marina okay ,

Overall it was a good stay. The rooms could be a bit more updated as there was a lot of dust and holes in the corners of the room. We had an issue with the bathroom but had the cleaner attend the next day. The pools outside the rooms are very convenient. The staff are helpful and on hand 24/7 to provide advice and guidance.

Room was spacious and spotless. Staff came in to change bins and make beds every day. Huge complex with things to do for everyone. As a solo traveller I still enjoyed all the amenities. Breakfast buffet was a large area with lots of great choice. Very impressed overall and will definitely return

The cleaning staff were very consistent, they all cleaned very well everyday and the towels were changed everyday. I had a nice relaxing 5 days here, I chose the half board and the food was excellent.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Room clean although a few mozzies. Air con not on in winter so it was far too hot so bought a fan from Ale hop.

Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. While the complex is large and has plenty of pools, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.
When we arrived, the room wasn't very clean, and I was shocked to find hair on the fresh bedsheets, which is completely unacceptable. We also noticed there were no slippers provided in the room, which added to the lack of comfort.

Séjour très agréable avec une chambre correct mais un peu dans son jus. L'h?tel mériterait un rafraichissement.
Sinon les activités pour les enfants sont nombreuses, donc parfait en famille. Le personnels est également très accueillant et présent en cas de besoin. Je recommande en famille ou en couple.

4 sterren omdat het allemaal net iets schoner kan in de badkamer vooral. Park word echt goed bijgehouden! Veel zwembaden die wel “maar’ open zijn van 10-18. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en meedenkend. Bedden waren prima! Geen stenen heel fijn. We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.

Buenas calidad precio
El hotel es inmenso con muchas piscina ....el personal muy agradable sobre todo los camareros del bar de la piscina. No es nuevo pero no está en mal estado

No repetiremos. Estuvimos muy incómodos por la limpieza, en especial por los bichos (hormigas).
Muy deficitaria la limpieza de la habitación (ni un solo día barrieron ni limpiaron espacios de cocinar que no platos) desagradable también en externo con multitud de suciedad en jardines (gatos…) pero sobre todo el club de ni?os con más hormigas y descuidado.
Es una pena porque el entorno y el modelo para familias es muy acertado.
