A truly underrated hotel!
The staff, accommodations, food and service were amazing!
The views of Palermo from our balcony were great and being outside the city centre away from the hustle and bustle was refreshing.
If you have a car it is definitely easier to come and go (driving is not for the faint of heart though, so be warned) being that it is up the mountain, but they provide a shuttle service both to and from the city centre and airport for a reasonable price.

Overall a very nice place to stay. You need a car to get around because the hotel is high in the mountain.

My family enjoyed our stay the rooms were spotless, the breakfast was delicious and plenty of selections, they also serve lunch and dinner in their restaurant.the staff was very accommodating friendly and catered to our needs,
the outdoor pool was beautiful and the view of the whole city of Palermo was breath taking
Margarita the hotel room keeper was always happy to see us, she was always in a great mood.overall the next time we go we will always stay at Hotel Bel-3

Vacation in Palermo
Absolute stunning views! Loved the location even though it was 20 minutes from town. The quiet area versus busy city traffic noise was better for sleeping.

Schonekamer die elke dag werd schoongemaakt,Airconditioning leuke omgeving mooie zwembadeb, keurig en attent personeel die alles doen om het de toerist naar de zin te maken....

Séjour d une nuit la chambre est propre et confortable, la vue dominante sur Palerme est un point positif après le d?ner notamment les pizzas une catastrophe on dirait des pizzas surgelés vraiment à prendre si pas le choix comme nous un dimanche soir car l’h?tel est reculé de Palerme le service h?telier est vraiment à améliorer aucune interaction avec le client nous sommes juste des numéros

Bel h?tel
Très bel h?tel agréable, le personnel de l’accueil et piscine sympathique. Piscine au top ! Cependant le personnel du petit déjeuner (notamment un homme d’environ 30-40 ans ) et les filles vraiment pas agréable !!! Pas de bonjour rien !!!!
