  • Guest：The property was undergoing some work in the lobby. I was shocked when I walked in and feared the worst, but honestly, the staff was wonderfully accommodating, and I didn't find the work disruptive in any way. The staff was vigilant about checking in with me to ensure I was comfortable throughout my stay. I'd definitely visit again. Great property.
  • Guest：Everything was wonderful and the staff and room were amazing! We had a great trip and I enjoyed walking the pages of the book I was reading at the time, A Bookseller in Madrid, as everything we needed was within easy walking distance. No steep hills but it is cobblestones so if you aren't sure on your feet or new to Europe you should know that part.
  • Guest：We had a great stay at Room Mate Alicia. The best thing about this hotel is the location. From here you can easily walk to all the major tourist attractions of central Madrid. There is an endless supply of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast selection was very good. I would highly recommend staying here.
