I stayed at Upper House Hotel in Batu Kawan for a business trip and found it very convenient overall. Bag slightly elevated though. Bit too high.
Window is locked. A bit pity cannot open cause I want fresh air.
For breakfast, I guess you better go out find something g to eat cause it so limited and look not appetising.
For a night stay at batu kawan I guess this is the best choice though.

Me and my family had a pleasant stay at The Upper Hotel Penang. The room was clean and comfortable, and I really appreciate the safety feature where guests need an access card to enter the room floors — it makes me feel secure. The price is also very reasonable for a one-night stay. Overall, a good experience and definitely worth recommending!

This is great for business travellers. With the price, location and cleanliness. All staffs are very friendly and helpful. Would suggest to include healthier food selections for the breakfast menu like more proteins & vegetables. There were too much carbs served in the breakfast although it tastes nice.
