Hi,Many thanks for your stay and for your review. We hope everything is going well for you.Best regards
Hi,I'm french and I live here from 6 years. There's a frequent confusion from western people who arrive in this area : culture and way of life aren't powerty. As you say neighbors are kind and helpful. There's 2 signs with our name : 1 at the corner of the main street and 1 when you arrive to the building. If anyone read our email with the informations of location it's easy to find us. If you find the Future Integrated School you find us. A lot of taxi drivers didn't go to school and don't know how to write how to read. You don't know this. It's the first reason to not find us easily. This is not our responsability. So many problems with drivers... The staff is always very kind and helpful. It's their culture. They always do too many gifts to the guests. Ahmed invited you with his own money. Nobody gave it back to him. So the hospitality is not a job ! He walked with you in the desert and the city, coffee shop for free. He works 12 hours per day.You paid 50 euros for 2 camels 2 hours. It's a usual and good price. You talked about an uncle : it's the owner of the property who works at the pyramids from 25 years, and his father before him. Everybody knows him on the Giza plateau. Some people only walk on the Giza plateau and don't go by camel or by bus, car, horse... Several options. You are free to choose.2 days ago a customer ate half of the diner of someone from the staff, for free. It's the egyptian hospitality. They don't do this to get money. Here, people are happy with what they have.Best regards
