Regarding the sauna, it is a men-only space, and our policy is always meant to be applied with dignity and respect. Trans men are fully welcome in this space. We remain firm on this inclusion. In rare cases, situations may arise that create confusion, and we regret that what you witnessed did not appear to be inclusive. We are reviewing this internally to ensure such interactions are always handled with care and clarity. In addition, please know our bartenders are trained to protect our guests and always remain available to step in.
