來西安旅游，不少游客都想住在最核心的地區一一西安鐘樓。西安鐘樓附近有多家酒店，臨街客房往往很吵。我住過了維也納酒店，感覺很不錯！酒店距離東大街，大約有200米的距離，這樣就避開了喧囂。酒店周邊美食眾多，鼓樓和回民街步行10分鐘可到。值得一提的是，酒店還提供付費的送機服務，每位30元。從西安北站坐地鐵去酒店也很方便。高德地圖上顯示從H口出，實際上從D口出從西一路走過來到案板街更近！總之，鐘樓維也納酒店是一家性價比很高的酒店，值得推薦！

性價比對比同地段的其他酒店，這個價格能享受到這樣的服務和設施，屬實物超所值。已經推薦給要來這邊的朋友了環境不錯、交通便利、李地鐵站特別近，走路很方便，到哪里都方便，衞生情況好

Don’t believe what it says online, they don’t have WiFi in the rooms.. (they did say they would take feedback on board about this to clear up confusion). It’s quite a big deal especially if your a foreign tourist. Had to change the room because they put me on a smoking floor even though I asked for non-smoking in my booking. The hallway and room stunk of smoke. Then they put me on the floor above and it was better. But you have to be careful with the vents because it’s a centralised system meaning the smoke from other floors can come through. Was really shocked there was no internet in the room (this should be standard in hotels). The staff were very apologetic though and they gave us 1 free breakfast to say sorry. The rooms are hot - there is aircon but it doesn’t work properly. They did try to fix it, but then said the air it was blowing out was normal, but it wasn’t. I’ve stayed at many hotels in cities in China and this aircon was not working (very very low wind). Even when you put it on the fastest blow and lowest temperature, the room was still hot. I had to keep the window open the whole time instead. My key card also stopped working on day 1 and day 2. The first day they reset it and it was fine, but then it stopped working on day 2 which was quite frustrating. I asked why it kept not working and turns out they didn’t set the key card to work for the duration of the stay. It didn’t make sense as I was a guest for almost a week. The staff were friendly and apologetic, they tried to be helpful, so I appreciated it. But overall, I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again due to the issues (mainly Internet & aircon).

Your feedback is crucial to us as it helps us recognize the shortcomings in our services. We will take this as an opportunity to continuously improve our service quality and look forward to the opportunity to provide you with a better stay experience in the future. Overall location, hotel facilities & cleanliness were satisfactory. Except room aircondition was not working, reason given by hotel receptionist- centralised aircond not switch on yet. They did not consider the hot weather.

It was a low travel season thus hotel is doing some renovation work. They provided us with free upgrade to a bigger suite instead. Bed is comfortable and nice. location is very near a train station.

這個位置在鐘樓市中心，大約300米的位置，古老的鼓樓與鐘樓遙相對峙。這里有停車場、美食城，回民街還有西安最大的地下購物廣場——“世紀金花”。逛街、吃飯、娛樂都很方便，強力推薦！房間里的設施設備都很齊全，洗澡也是最滿意的方面，空間對我來說還是可以的，格局也好，洗浴用品也很好用，晚上睡覺很安靜很舒服，一點都不吵，前臺服務人員態度很好，很熱心，有求必應，價位也還是非常值的！

服務超好，前臺不同時間值班的幾個小姐姐說話都超有禮貌，淑平小姐姐還很貼心，外賣送來會幫送上去，需要接機會仔細詢問航班信息，特別是我落下了東西小姐姐專門致電告知并幫忙寄回，環境很棒，室內環境很有設計感，門面裝潢很特別很讓人喜歡，大廳還有我超喜歡的大鋼琴，房間內也讓人感覺溫馨
