Excellent property.
Mathews welcome and check in was top class and you can see the care and attention he lavishes on the property. Great experience with possibly the nicest duvet I have ever had !!

Lovely 1 night stay
A lovely hotel with fantastic staff, so very friendly. The only negative was that they no longer serve food in the evening however, there are eateries within a short walk and the one recommended to me was excellent.
Unfortunately it's difficult to give a true rating of the overall property as we didn't see much of it. There was a wedding at the hotel which we were only informed of within an hour of our arrival. It wasn't the fact that there was a wedding that was the issue, the issue was that this meant we were unable use the bar to get any refreshments or sit outside in the gardens on what was a really lovely day. If we had have been told this a couple of weeks prior, we could have then made our own decision whether to change to a different hotel but obviously with such little notice this was not possible. Surely it is the hotel's responsibility to ensure all guests have a comfortable stay?! Such a shame as the location was excellent with only a ten minute walk into the town centre which was a relief given the circumstances. We won't be staying again.
