酒店硬件设施软件设施都很好，但是出去吃饭得开车，地图看着离开北美最古老的市场很近但是走过去起码20分钟。非凡国际到圣约翰是看逆流瀑布，所以早上涨潮和下午退潮都开着车出去看这一个奇观，蛮神奇也很震撼的。开车的住这个酒店很方便，停车场足够大还免费。
