I’d like to address a few of your concerns to provide clarity for future stays.Many of our units, like much of the lodging in the mountains, are not equipped with air conditioning due to our cooler alpine climate. Fans are provided, and our team can always bring additional ones upon request during your stay. Regarding departure, what you may be referring to as a ‘cleaning fee’ is actually a resort fee—a standard charge at resorts that covers amenities as well as the cost of our housekeeping team performing a full clean between guests, helping us maintain high turnover standards for all arrivals.Noise from other guests can sometimes be heard in multi-level buildings, and we encourage anyone experiencing disturbances to let us know during their stay so we can address it right away.We appreciate your feedback, though many of these items are part of the nature of mountain lodging, and we strive to set accurate expectations through our listing and pre-arrival communications.Sincerely,Keystone Resort Property Management
