  • Guest：На первом фото номер подороже маджонгом. Выглядит более свежим. Картинки на сайте очень древние, вида на горы не ждите. Сейчас там стройка нового отеля за окном. Номера мягко говоря не очень чистые. Всё поломано, в одном из номеров у нас в ванной выпадала ручка из двери, потомучто проржавела, в другом вообще выпала дверь) В целом, просто переночевать терпимо, но не очень приятно. Тапочки, полотенца и одноразовые щётки имеются, пополнение водички тоже. Девочка на рецепшене очень приветливая и старалась во всём помочь. Билеты на гору Тяньмень купили прям у неё. Внизу здания есть китайские кафешки. Мы из за них опоздали на поезд, но было вкусно:)
  • Guest：The good thing is its location right next to the cable car station. The facility is not well kept. Noisy elevator, broken bathroom sliding doors, (rented 4 rooms ). Stained shower glass, floortiles. We were supposed to be entitled to free airport transfer and late check out according to Trip’s confirmation. Did not request airport transfer, only ask for late check out. Hotel was reluctant to honour the offer, saying the hotel is fully booked. After much talk with our local guide, the hotel gave in to 1 room for late check out at 2 pm. In such case, it is better to eliminate this offer so there would be no misunderstanding.

  • Guest：We had a lovely time there. It was a bit difficult to find, but just go to the forth floor of the building you see on the map. The team was very helpful and kind with enough English to get by
