The room was clean, well-supplied with towels, etc. Check-in was easy, Many guests there; it appears to be a popular place to stay.

The heated pool makes a huge difference. The temperature was perfect, and I hope this feature is always maintained.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The shower water was very hot. The view of the beach was wonderful. Quick access to the beach. The only problems were the long wait for the valet service and the poor soundproofing of the room; you could hear everyone passing in the hallway. Overall, I would stay there again.

No beach view instead some concrete roof occupied by pigeons and with vents from some restrooms areas that filled the room with a public restroom smell at all times, none of the windows worked.

The room was under up grade and front door was not secured. I did not get the room I reserved. It was different and smaller.There was no laundry and no separate sitting area. Other then that room was nice.

The room was nice but the entire building has roaches. We saw a roach come out from under the bathroom vanity. The elevators are sketchy and the poor guys working the valet are ran to death. The whole hotel needs renovated. It could be very nice.

En general mi estadía fue buena. Lo que más destaco es la vista de la habitación, realmente lo mejor de todo. Como punto a mejorar, las ventanas no se pueden abrir, por lo que no hay circulación de aire. La ubicación, es excelente, con acceso muy fácil a la playa. El gimnasio está completo y bien equipado. El área de la piscina no me resultó muy confortable: suele haber bastante ruido y las reposeras no son cómodas. El lobby algo antiguo y, debido a la gran cantidad de huéspedes, hay bastante control: se utiliza una pulsera todo el día para poder acceder a la piscina u otras áreas del hotel. En resumen, buena ubicación y vista, pero con detalles que podrían mejorar para una mejor experiencia .

One Night Stay My husband and I stayed one night here. Pulling in was kinda crazy we waited 45mins to get to the front to the valet. When you first walk in it very pretty. The check in was kinda crazy it tells you go to the left to check in with the office in front of the elevators. But when we went to that office, they told us that we had to do the main check-in then we had to go to them. After we do that, we finally got up to the room. The room was outdated and needs some repairs and smelt like they just poured fabuloso all over the place it was very strong. The view was absolutely fantastic and the pool was large and very clean. The WiFi wouldn’t work and tv would go in out a lot. I have a lot of mixed emotions about the stay.
