We honestly had the best holiday ever here. The hotel is huge and beautifully designed, it feels super luxurious but still warm and welcoming. We even got an unexpected upgrade to a room with a private pool, which honestly made the entire trip for us. The room itself was spacious, and the terrace with the pool was just perfect to soak up the sun all day. There’s also an indoor pool and a gym you can reserve for yourself, which was such a nice touch, no crowds, just peace and quiet whenever you want. Also they host a show every day at one of the three hotels. We attended the fire&light show and the South African band, which were both incredible. But honestly, the staff was my absolute favorite part of the whole stay. Everyone was so kind and genuinely made us feel at home. We arrived very late around 10-11pm and they expected us with something to eat and drinks on the house. By day two, they already knew our coffee order and just brought it to us at breakfast without us even asking. They really took the time to get to know us, we had so many lovely and personal conversations. I’m truly gonna miss them and we already can’t wait to come back next year! - The room has 3 closets with automated lights, a mini fridge and a coffee table. Huge mirrors, a large table and a big bed with view to the pool/terrace. The bathroom has a big shower with a rain shower but also a normal showerhead. You have two sunbeds and get bathrobes and slippers. - You have everything you need in walking distance. Right next to the hotel you have a cheap supermarket and a car rental. 5mins away you have the beach, many restaurants, a pharmacy and much more. - We never had a security concern and always felt very safe. - Everything you need is about 5-10 minutes away and it’s not a busy street so you can walk down the road with no issue. - For breakfast and dinner you have an all you can eat buffet you can book. It has so many things to take and always something for everyone, which ranges from cold to hot. For breakfast you get free coffee and for dinner you can order drinks on your table, which are all in a normal pricing range.

We had a fantastic time as this hotel. I booked the holiday for myself and my parents as a well deserved get away after some difficult times. From the day we arrived to the day we left the staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and caring. Haris greeted us showed us to our room she was so warm and welcoming. Our room was fanatics (maisonette with private pool) the room was spotless with plenty of space. My parents took the upstairs while I slept on the sofa bed. After my first night the bed was slightly uncomfortable we mentioned this to housekeeping and the mattress was later replaced ! The shower is fantastic with amazing shower products. There’s a mini fridge, kettle, coffee machine, plenty of wardrobe space and a large mirror in the room. There is a shop next door where we went to get drinks and snacks as well as souvenirs, everything is in walking distance. The beach (Boufos beach) is a 5 minute walk the path isn’t sign posted but follow your phone map and you will be able to see the “path”. We didn’t have dinner at the restaurant instead we went out each night. We tried to eat at Amelia Taverna as Thursday is Greek night but you will need to book prior. Instead we eat at Mike Place a lovey family run restaurant who grow/farm most of their food. We also eat at Kyma, Ormos Cafe and Stam Stam for the best “takeaway”. There are plenty of places all reasonably priced near the harbour. On the Sunday we headed to Juniper Bar to watch the F1 the cocktails were great with super fast service. Breakfast at the hotel was good with a variety of pastries, breads and cereals as well as cold meats and cheese . There’s a variety of egg options, ‘bacon’ and ‘sausages’,beans on the hot station.There is a omelette station which my parents used most morning for fresh made omelettes. Yeta and Xristos were lovely remembering how we liked our tea and were always happy to stop for a quick chat. There was a slight issue with our AC but was quickly fixed. The last night Sissi experienced a power cut (not usual for the area) however the hotel had generators and everything was back up and running shortly. Every time we walked past a member of staff instead or outside the hotel we were always greeted with a ‘Kalimera’ or an enjoy your day they truly made us feel welcome. My mum spoke to a lovely lady Maria who wanted to know how our holiday was. Maria consoled my mum (how was been going though a hard time) and kept her company while my dad and I went out for a drink. Yeta, Konstantina, Sakis, Gabriel, Yannis, Xristos, Haris (and all the staff and housekeeping) Thank you ! The hotel has a great calming feel and there were activities/shows most evening either at the hotel or across the road at the sister hotels. As we had our own pool we didn’t spent much time as the shared pool but the loungers were comfortable with lots of umbrellas. The private pool could do with a ledge inside to sit as the pool is all one level but wasn’t a big issue as I bought a floa

We stayed her for 11 nights on 1 June We had our own pool which was amazing with lots of sun The hotel itself was lovely , nice breakfast and the most wonderful staff We lovely the bar especially Rafael who was always happy and cheerful and great to chat to We had a nice massage at the spa and enjoyed the entertainment which was split over our hotel, suites and village The suites are very nice too Yannis was a lovely guy who was always very polite and we would chat to and the lovely Mariana on reception along with the other lovely reception staff .They were always interested in your day and what u have been doing The shop next door was great to get beer and wine for our room . Boufos beach was lovely and only 10 euros for 2 beds and umbrella Some amazing rest and bars in town and all good prices We went to Hersonissos one afternoon which was nice and also Nisos beach club in Malia for the day which was a nice change We would definitely return to this hotel itself was amazing well done Castello you made our holiday

Het hotel is mooi, rustig gelegen en op loopafstand van het dorp aan zee. Naast het hotel is een shop waar je bijna alles kunt krijgen. Ik reisde alleen. De hotelgasten waren divers en rustig. Het personeel was fantastisch - 5 sterren. Zeer behulpzaam en erg vriendelijk. Halfboard geboekt en dat was zeer goed. Ontbijt en diner in buffetvorm en zeer divers. Een paar aanbevelingen: Ik had een kamer geboekt met jacuzzi. Deze was duidelijk aan een onderhoudsbeurt toe. Dit heb ik de t****e dag gemeld en er werd direct een technicus geregeld en een paar uur later had ik wen schone en frisse jacuzzi. Tip: check eerst de jacuzzi voordat je de kamer verhuurd. De kamer is verder prima. Het schoonmaakpersoneel is fantastisch en zorgen voor een frisse schone kamer. Vergeet ze niet een fooi te geven! Tip: het beddengoed en handdoeken zijn schoon maar echt aan vervanging toe: er zitten vlekken in het het textiel is versleten. Verder zijn er een paar tips voor onderhoud: elektriciteitskabel op het terras hangt los, een lampenkap is kapot. Dat zijn maar kleine dingen. Verder is het erg gehorig op de kamer: je hoort de (boven)buren lopen en gebruik maken van de badkamer. Vandaar mij. 4,5 ster ipv 5 sterren: het personeel maakt alles goed!

Das Hotel ist gemütlich, ruhig und l?d zum Entspannen ein. Die Mitarbeiter/innen sind professionell, freundlich und bestrebt jeden Wunsch der G?ste/innen zu erfüllen. Bei der Ankunft in der Nacht standen im Zimmer Leckereien bereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Wir durften in den Genuss kommen am Morgen von den Kirchenglocken geweckt zu werden. Das Essen war immer sehr lecker. Es w?re sch?n, wenn es eventuell ein Gericht für Veganer am Abend geben würde. Danke für den wundersch?nen Aufenthalt und gern empfehlen wir das Hotel weiter.

TOUT le personnelles et service de chambres sont impeccable. Toujours à l écoute et disponible. Sympathique et convivial. Un tout petit bémol... La cuisine ! Elle devrait être un peu plus raffinée ! L'h?tel n'est pas le meilleur. La nourriture ne vaut pas un 5*, des plats manquent souvent et il faut attendre un peu pour qu'ils soient à nouveau disponibles. Je recommanderais de réserver uniquement pour le petit déjeuner mais pour y aller. Pour le d?ner, l'endroit est un peu petit et il vaut mieux avoir une voiture pour aller manger ailleurs. Cependant, c'est très propre. Le meilleur atout de cet h?tel est Yeta et Konstantina au restaurant. Ils ont un sourire tellement éblouissant qui illumine toute la journée. Ils sont très bavards et professionnels pour leur age. Ils atteindront très haut.

Très bel h?tel plein de charme. Après un accueil froid et nonchalant d'un personnel de bar, la personne de la réception qui courait partout est enfin arrivée. Nous avons été bien accueilli par celle-ci et elle a bien voulu nous accorder la priorité face à un autre fran?ais qui avait l'air plus pressé que les autres pour récupérer sa chambre. Merci pour cette politesse crétoise. Nous avons été surclassés dans une suite du nouvel h?tel qui venait d'être livré. Nous sommes passés d'une chambre avec piscine privée à une chambre vue mer et piscine privée. Suite incroyable avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer deux merveilleuses soirées et nuits. Petit déjeuner et diner très bien, même si pour ce genre d'établissement, nous nous attendions à un service à table et non à un buffet (copieux). La veille, dans un établissement de standing inférieur, nous avions cette prestation sans surco?t.
