Hotel nuevo tal y como indican las fotos que lo anuncian. Muy limpio y tranquilo. Situado en una zona tranquila cerca del centro de Byblos. La habitación impecable. La piscina en la cuarta planta peque?a pero muy agradable. La atención a los huéspedes muy amable.

Given the price of the Suite-type room (approx. USD 200 per night ; from booked from 24 - 26 December 2022) , the Staff was told repeatedly that the heating system in one of the suite's rooms was inoperable. Despite their repeated attempts to "fix" the problem, the room remained extremely cold. I expect more from a hotel of this standard. At check-out it was if nothing ever happened and there was no attempt to somehow compensate us nor even say we are sorry for your inconvenience.
