The hotel's staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Very good location. Only point for improvement - providing more body soap.

Fantastic hotel, cannot fault anything. I mentioned it was my partners birthday before arriving and they set up the room with champagne and cake for him at no extra cost. Room service was brilliant, comfortable clean rooms. Amazing city views and entertainment in the hotel. Will deffo book again. Thank you.

非常好的酒店，位置居于市中心，臨近旅行團發車點。建筑裝修雖然很有年代感，但是房間很舒適，尤其是床品。不同于現在的連鎖酒店，是老派的五星級。

This hotel is located very next to the old town of Bucharest. The room is comfortable and luxurious, as it should with the price and rated star. Easy to access the Metro in front of the hotel. Facilities were adequate. ?Breakfast was acceptable, but there were the same every day if you have a long stay.

Had a wonderful one night stay for my birthday. Was kindly upgraded to a high floor with stunning balcony views, and left a cake and bottle of fizzy.
Room was large, comfortable bed and extremely quiet. Bathroom was large with powerful shower. Hotel staff were polite and efficient. Recommend to all, hope to return .

Comfortable hotel with good breakfast, but the service is not that great, especially the staff at night. The fat lady and the young guy at the reception was not keen to answer questions and provide minimal assistance.
Regarding the facilities, nice gym and swimming pool. However, TV remote control was not working, the USB plug was not working and the door of the balcony didn’t function well….

Centrally located to airport bus drop off and Metro lines. ?Easy to walk to Old Town and Fountain. ?
The only improvement would be the packed breakfast for our early day excursion. ?Just a sandwich, fruit and water. ?Yogurt, granola and a juice box would have been better.

Отель позиционирует себя как пятизвездочный. Но совсем не оправдывает свою стоимость. Все очень старое и требующее ремонта.
В номере не работал фен, мы несколько раз говорили про это - реакции ноль, пока уже не сходили и не попросили как-то решить ситуацию. Никаких извинений даже устных не было.
Уборка в номере очень посредственная.
Очень разочарованы за такие не маленькие деньги (400 евро за 2 ночи без завтрака)
