The room was renovated but appeared old around the edges. Not as clean in the corners.The service was minimal.One elevator for staff bringing carts and guests at the same time. Long wait times and crowded all the time. Valet slow- 45 minute wait time, so plan accordingly if you have dinner reservations. Charges for beach umbrella, but towels, beach chairs and bikes included. Food tasty but bar drinks not impressive for the price.

4 star property location with 3 star service and facilities. Out of towels near beachfront, didn’t let us use for business center.

My mother and I had the pleasure of staying at your beautiful hotel from 12/21-24 in celebration of my 41st Birthday. Our experience was beyond my expectations. You fulfilled my request for both an early check-in and late check-out. Also, the birthday card and desserts were much appreciated! Thank you for the hospitality! I want to especially thank Vuyo at the front desk for her professionalism and the accommodating process during arrival. Brandon at the Lobby bar for his delicious suggestions with the food and drinks. Alejandro at the beach was friendly and super helpful with our needs. Luigi at Donna Mare was phenomenal. The food and ambience was amazing! Overall, I definitely look forward to my return in the near future! Happy holidays to you all!?

This hotel had a lot of bang for the buck. The location was great, the rooms were wonderful and the pools were amazing. The exceptional part of this hotel is the staff, Sebastian and Paul at the pool, Ishmael at the bar created amazing cocktails and Ty the manager was great. I can’t wait to come back.

Parádní hotel se dvěmi bazény (jeden pro osoby 21+) a asi minutou ch?ze na plá? - Miami Beach. Snídaně formou bufetu, kdy nabídka by asi mohla byt rozmanitěj?í, ale celkově nadpr?měr, kdy? to srovnám s jinymi hotely na vychodním pob?e?í. Co bych ur?itě je?tě vypíchnul je to, ?e poslední noc p?estala jít v celém hotelu klimatizace, tak nám dali slevu na dvě noci, tak?e hezky p?ístup!

We booked the ocean view but was blocked by the building structure, so better not to take #10-06. no heating utensil such as kettle if you need hot water. fridge is only intended for their inhouse drink so you can't put your drink inside their fridge to chill. but the concierge was friendly and great. Overall still not bad.
