Restaurant and staff lovely. Grounds were great with established plants and fauna but you can see that over time the landscape has aged. We arrived and escorted to our room in the dark. There were no garden lights working. We had to navigate to the restaurant in the dark using our phone lights. 2nd night they were working which was ideal as we returned from a tour at 9.30pm. We needed to wear our coats in the restaurant as it was not heated. Us and another couple were the only guests that night. Our room was not clean. Although a wrapper was around the toilet the seat was dirty which I cleaned with hygiene wipes. A few dead insects on the floor. The bathroom sink had a large crack on it and the bathroom had some black mould around the bath area, windows and ceiling. There was no hot water the first night (left water to run for 10 mins second night and we had hot water). I spilt some shower gel on the floor and when I cleaned it up it showed that the floor was dirty. Our room (603) was tired and like the gardens appears to have seen better days. Bed linen and towels were very clean. The hotel is based in a remote area. We were on a tour of Peru and looking forward to our visit given previous reviews but we were disappointed with our room and the closed down feel to the hotel with very few guests.

Slice of heaven with a top notch team from the Reception to Housekeeping Staff as well as the restaurant. Everything about this place is magical. You must note that it is 14kms from Ollataytambo where you must get your train for AguasCalientes and Machu Pichu which means a USD 50 one way fare but I did not mind it at all. I was just happy to spend 3 peaceful rejuvenating nights here. If you like massage, ask for Maria. She's incredible and just $45 for an hour. Thank you to an amazing team.

A lovely garden location making for a resort feel. The spacious grounds were neat and well maintained, even having alpacas grazing. The bedrooms were large, well equipped and wonderfully quiet and in our case, a twin room with two double beds. The restaurant which was very quiet when we were there served a wide range of Peruvian dishes which were well presented and tasty. The icing on the cake were the staff who were friendly, professional, attentive and thorough. The smiling ladies in the kitchen, the helpful and knowledgeable waiting staff, the lovely breakfast staff with their happy demeanour even at 6.00 a.m. and finally Anabe for her outstanding reception skills, all made for a super stay.

I never seen such beautiful views in a hotel, this place is not only beautiful, the time are large with a luxurious feeling, but in the middle of the mountains of Urubamba and close enough to Macchupicchu, really breathtaking. The service was impecable, the food at the restaurant was delicious, we couldn't been happier to pick this hotel for our stay. What a gem!!

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful and peaceful property. The views are spectacular and the rooms are comfy and spacious. In top of that the service is wonderful. Chris was the breakfast attendant and she was always kind and courteous. I highly recommend this amazing property if you are staying in Sacred valley

The hotel is in a beautiful setting. Very quiet with good, if reasonably basic accommodation. Quite remote if you want to go out (a taxi is needed). We wanted to go 5 mins up the road to a hummingbird facility. It wouldn’t have taken much for a member of staff just to drop us up there (one was leaving at the time) but the guest experience doesn’t seem that important. When we went to pay at the end of the stay we were told the card machine “wasn’t working”. I was asked for cash and they attempted to over charge me. A shame really as this could be a really good hotel if it focused more on ensuring guests were happy

This establishment offers an exceptional experience, characterized by its pristine cleanliness and picturesque garden. The presence of llamas and alpacas adds to its charm. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout the lobby, bar, restaurant, and maid services. When we unexpectedly had to depart early in the morning before breakfast service, the staff graciously accommodated our request by opening the breakfast buffet a few minutes ahead of schedule. Restaurant with a very good menu and delicious dishes. Highly recommended!

Un hotel muy acogedor. Los empleados muy amables, especialmente la Se?ora Fiorela en el comedor. Heché de menos un calentador de agua en mi habitación para hacer café y tampoco era servicio de limpieza en la habitación. Además togo bien.

El hotel es muy bonito, habitaciones espaciosas, con una peque?a terraza. No hay donde salir a cenar por la ubicación, pero el restaurante es muy bueno y fiorela la camarera esta pendiente en todo momento y te explica lo que necesites.

El hotel es muy lindo, sus instalaciones muy cómodas pero no funciona la tv, faltan amenities y la atención del personal es despareja, se destaca la atención de Fiorela. El restaurante tiene precios elevados y no ofrecen agua potable como gentileza, es decir que hay que adquirirla en el hotel a un precio elevado
