I was delivering a training over 2 days this week and the service was excellent! Customer service is always a topic that sparks differing viewpoints and persperctives depending on who you ask. That said, the experience I received was absolutely superb and that was because of the people who helped shape this experience. Ibrahim, Fatima, Sameer and Suhail are just a few of the wonderful team who work tirelessly to ensure their guests want for nothing. There was nothing that was too much trouble and everything was always delivered with genuine warmth accompanied by a smile. Mr Ibrahim, the General Manager went over and above to support my personal dietry requirements to accommodate my coeliac and clearly communicated with the chef and other members of staff to ensure that there was no cross contamination to jeopardise my health. When I arrived at breakfast for the first morning of my stay, I was greeted by Sameer and Suhail both of whom were amazing!! This team is a true asset to the Park Inn by Radissson so please ensure they are fully recognised for the wonderful experiences they create for your corporate clients and guests alike. Thank you Mr. Ibrahim and your amazing team for all that you do. I hope to be back with you and the team again very soon.

comfortable even stay for 6 hours. Delicious meal. Good communication even for foreigner. Very recommended for next trip.

Park Inn房間是真的小，在里面放個箱子基本連轉身的空間都沒有。不過早餐還挺好的，服務也挺好。
