We stayed in the main building, room 51, a bit dark due to the fact it was at the front near the road and had trees in the garden to shield the patio from the people passing by. The hotel has three sites, the main building is a little further out from the village, the other two are closer to the village, which was not an issue for us. The room was cleaned everyday, with towels changed each day, cleaning was to a high standard and towels were of a decent quality. Pool area was kept clean and no problems getting a sunbed, no towels being left on beds, beware the water is cold. We had lunch at the bar each day, it has a limited menu but it good enough for us. On the evening we would go back to the bar after eating in the village, always a friendly welcome from Yanni, who works from morning until the close on the night. Overall we had a great relaxing holiday, which is exactly what we wanted, we found all the staff to be friendly and Yanni at the bar can arrange table reservations at the best local restaurants. Aircon was included, but the safe is two euros a day, and as in all of the Greek Islands there is a tourist tax, here it was ten euros a night per room.

Not a 4 star hotel! Hotel locaded with 5 different complex (about 100m apart by a long road Rooms where ok, also cleaning was ok, pool area was ok but few sun beds around the main pool, good kidspool and pool area there. Reception staff, could need a lesson in service management, no lugguage room, no room for changing clothes after check out (when late checkout wasnt availible) they referred us to the public pool toilet where there was 5 toilet booth, only one of the toilets where availible due to broken toilets, and it wasnt very clean! (Disgusting actually) But the Bar/Pool man lifts up the trip! Service minded, intrested, polite and good with ppl (give him a raise!) Kitchen: only breakfast was ok but not more, and after breakfast only light meals (pizza/toast etc) was availible to 17:00hours So no restaurant on this hotel! In my oppinion max 3 star not more!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing space to unwind. I especially loved the breakfast buffet, which offered a great selection of tasty options to start the day. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely go to Anna’s House again !

One of the nicest hotel i have been. Me and my wife liked Anna’s House so much . Our room was being cleaned every single day and all the staff were kind and helpful to us .

Wir waren im September 2024 für zehn Tage im Anna's House. Nach unserer Ankunft wollte uns die Dame an der Rezeption in ein ca. 800m entferntes Nebengeb?ude abschieben, das lediglich über einen direkt an der Stra?e gelegenen Minipool verfügte. Nach unserer Remonstration wurden wir dann doch in dem Geb?ude beim Fitnesscenter untergebracht und bekamen dort ein sehr sch?nes Zimmer. Unser Gep?ck durften wir zum Dank zwar selbst wieder ausladen und der versprochene Welcomedrink fiel ebenfalls aus, aber wir haben das verkraftet. Neben diesen ersten negativen Eindrücken war unser Aufenthalt im Anna's House aber ganz toll, was man für den Preis aber auch erwarten darf. Das Frühstück ist, wie allseits erw?hnt, hervorragend und das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Besonders positiv zu erw?hnen ist der Mann an der Poolbar (Yannis), der mit einer sehr freundlichen und pers?nlichen Art leckere Cocktails und kleine Snacks zwischendurch zaubert. Auch der Pool und die Liegen rundherum sind top. Alles in allem ist die Anlage Anna's House zu empfehlen. Es w?re aber fair potentielle Kunden darauf hinzuweisen, dass sie mit einer Unterbringung in einem Nebengeb?ude und nicht im Hauptgeb?ude, mit dem in allen Medien geworben wird, zu rechnen haben. Die Lage von Anna's House au?erhalb von Georgioupolis ist gut, in wenigen Minuten ist sowohl der n?chstgelegene Strand, die super Taverne Arkadis sowie das Zentrum der Ortschaft bequem zu erreichen.

Wir hatten einen wundersch?nen Urlaub hier. Die überschaubare Anlage ist fast famili?r, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut, das Personal ist sehr nett und die Zimmer sind ger?umig und sauber, es gibt sogar Mückengitter an den Fenstern. Auch der Pool und der Frühstücksraum sind sauber und gepflegt. Dass der technische Standard eher griechisch ist, und damit eben teilweise etwas wackelige M?bel, oder eine nachlaufende WC Spülung wei? man vorher und die positiven Eindrücke überwiegen eindeutig. Wir hatten über TUI gebucht, Preis Leistung eindeutig v?llig OK. Weiterempfehlung eindeutig JA.

We booked the Hotel for 3 nights.Hotel was overbooked. In the 3 days we could not actually move into our booked room. We had to move 3 times!! Customer service is non existant and the staff does not care about the customer`s desires. Manager Yiannys refused to talk to customers and acted like a real, i mean real ***** At the end we accepted a free night in the apartment building from Anna s house in town without a pool. The pictures in the internet do not reflect the true appearence of Annas house, which was only 1 out of 4 hotels that they use. Every day people complained and were moved from hotel to hotel with golfcarts. It was impossible to miss all this happening. Never had a worse situation than this in my whole life.
