Had a very pleasant stay. All staff were very good. Special mention to the lifeguard sayeed at the heated pool, hossam behind the bar at the pool and wael in the dining area. Made our holiday much better. Defo come again.

Отдыхаем в отеле четвёртый раз . Раньше ездили с ребёнком , последние два года вдвоём с мужем, очень нравится отель, по домашнему уютно, доброжелательный персонал абсолютно все, официанты внимательные не заставляют себя ждать , бармены молодцы как на бассейне так и на море стараются всех быстро обслуживать всегда с улыбкой, анимация молодцы стараются развлекают отдыхающих но не навязчивые. Особенно хотим сказать огромное спасибо аниматору Юле очень внимательная девушка , заряжает своим позитивом, можно обратиться с любым вопросом, всегда все подскажет и расскажет. Еда в отеле разнообразная и вкусная , голодными не останетесь 100% У нас был просторный уютный номер с видом на бассейн, уютная лоджия . Что хочется сказать отель отличный для семейного отдыха, выход из отеля на сохо все в шаговой доступности. Конкорд ты наш фаворит надеюсь вернёмся снова!

В целом поездка понравилась все было хорошо, мы проживали в отеле ?спорт?. Минусы: в комплексе спорт ужасно старые и убитые номера, требующие незамедлительного ремонта. Мы отдыхали в середине ноября и бывали моменты когда мы приходили на обед или ужин, и все абсолютно столики были заняты, нужно было ждать от 5 до 10 минут. Как человеку спортивному очень хотелось бы сделать ремонт в спортивном зале, поставить тренажеры и убираться там почаще, чтобы тренироваться было приятнее. Очень плохой бар на ресепшене, коктейли пить невозможно, рецептура в баре на пляже и на ресепшене разная. Плюсы: Территория очень ухоженная и красивая, проблемы добраться до пляжа не было. Питание в отеле однозначный плюс - большой ассортимент разной еды и в целом все вкусное и свежее. Пляж, море и риф очень красивые, встретились лично с рыбой Наполеоном 2 м в длину. Правда много туристов кормят рыб варёными яйцами это Бред. Также удалось лично встретиться со всеми актёрами из Немо. С некоторыми получилось фотографироваться или запечатлеть при помощи видеофиксации. Также к плюсам можно отнести наличие спа сауны и джакузи. Вендом бар оказался очень приятным и по качеству напитков, и по обслуживанию, персонал всегда стремился тебе угодить и сделать самый красивый и вкусный коктейль. Анимацию в отеле сложно однозначно отнести к плюсам или минусам. С одной стороны все ребята довольно молодые и добрые. Но по их работе можно сделать вывод, что работают они без особого энтузиазма, возможно им нужно поднять зарплату. Активности очень базовые, ничего выдающегося.

Недалеко от аэропорта, такси стоит 5 долларов за машину, много корпусов, красивая территория,но всё старое и уставшее!!!

This was the 3rd time I have stayed at Concorde and I couldn’t have been more happier with my stay. I cannot fault the staff at the hotel one little bit. Everyone is so friendly, kind and attentive, couldn’t do enough for us. They remembered us from when we stayed in May 2025, even down to names and one of my friends being South African (mind blowing when you think how many people they have met in the last 6 months). Some staff even remembered me from staying in November 2023! The food was great, we are massive foodies so it was fab for us. The salads were so fresh. The cleaner in our room (1166) but cannot remember his name did such a great job and everyday we came back to a different arrangement on our beds. Booking a massage in the spa is an absolute must, this is one of the reasons I keep coming back… I’ve never had a massage like it! Whilst at the airport about to come home, our flight was cancelled and easyJet put us up in a lovely hotel in Nabaq Bay. It felt luxurious and we were so grateful to have another beautiful evening in Sharm. However, we did keep comparing to Concorde and quickly realise that Concorde will most definitely be our number choice place to stay when visiting Sharm. We also booked a boat trip through Hassan from Marina divers, he was so friendly and chatty. Thank you to all the staff for another incredible week. We are both truly grateful ??

Отель в целом понравился: красивые виды, риф, сервис, рядом пл. Сохо. Питание однообразное, быстро надоедает.
