Clean room. Miniscule kitchen sponge and tea towel. Everything else was satisfactory. Good shower and water pressure. Air-conditioning good. No Netflix.

We have stayed only for a night. We arrived outside check in hours so our key was left for us to find. The room was clean, decent and amenities were as advertised. However keep in mind that the bed was moving and a bit uncomfortable. We couldn’t sleep much. If you are looking for a good bed or need one, keep in mind.

Courteous staff who supported an early check in pf my luggage. Room was clean and quiet.

Amazing staff, great food and unbeatable views. My favorite stay of the entire Great Ocean Road.

The room was tidy and everything was just as it should be. We appreciated the upgrade to the full kitchen. The free laundry facility for patrons was a nice touch. The room is minutes from the beach and all the amenities of the village.

Some minus point is no microwave provided.

There is no working WiFi. I know it’s a minor niggle, but if you claim a feature then you must provide it.
Little plastic bathroom condiments have gone out of fashion everywhere else - please move to something more eco-friendly.
Noisy place with car doors slamming and standing with engines running. No less than 7 cars came/went between 4 and 5am.
It’s cheap, but cheap in every sense of the word.
