Beautiful location on a lake. The hotel was clean and comfortable but the staff was not very friendly.

设备も新しく、バルコニーもあって、快适に过ごせました。
ホテルの前は湿地になっており、向こう岸にはストゥーパが见えます。
夜はライトアップされてて、非常に幻想的。さらに、朝日もその向こう岸から昇るので、朝晩楽しめます。

We extend our heartfelt gratitude for the commendable and truly exceptional service provided during our stay. It was our wedding anniversary time.
Every interaction was warm, friendly, and delivered beyond expectations.
The food was outstanding, with rich and flavourful bakery items and beautifully prepared curries that made each meal memorable.
Our room allocation and room service were handled with elegance and care. The spacious bathroom, generous amenities, and the breathtaking view added a special touch that we will never forget. Loss property service is admirable. I got my valuable shirt back—honest and True Values at Service by the staff.
The evening dinner with our family and friends was wonderfully arranged and thoughtfully catered—an experience we deeply cherished.
To Sanath, Janitha, and the entire team: thank you for making our anniversary stay both memorable and heartfelt.
A special appreciation also goes out to all service staff, security personnel, and support teams for their exceptional dedication.

The hotel is situated bordering the Thissa lake with beautiful views of ancient stupas in the horizon. Rooms were large and comfortable but some amenities inside the room could use a few repairs. Overall positive experience and would recommend.

Offensichtlich wurde unsere Buchung vergessen (das erste Mal über ******* gebucht..). Als wir ankamen, dauerte es fast eine Stunde, bis wir unser Zimmer beziehen konnten. Dann war es ein offensichtliches Notzimmer mit zwei metallenen Zustellbetten - nicht das Familienzimmer mit Seeblick, das wir bestellt und bezahlt hatten. Wir wurden dann am ersten Abend mit einen Gratisessen als Ausgleich "abgespeist" - am n?chsten Tag konnten wir wechseln - aber auch nur durch massive Nachfrage - von selbst w?re wohl nichts passiert. Das neue Zimmer war dann sehr sch?n - h?tte es gleich geklappt, würde die Bewertung besser ausfallen

Nice hotel
Lovely hotel, mattresses a little hard and the aircon was difficult to adjust. No duvet therefore to cold at night. Nice and attentive staff??
