Location wise quite far from Hatyai about 30minutes away. If u want to go to old Songkhla town about 10 minutes.For muslim travellers, remember to bring extra food as u cant find halal food nearby
The hotel is beautiful but it seems too quiet . Not sure this is because after the flood . Swimming pool quite big, ang there is gym & karaoke.Room is spacious - u can request for iron from the housekeeping.
The downside- the tv channel all was in thai. I expect there were at least 1-2 channels in English ?? or kids channel

Breakfast is really good, quality and variety. Room is spacious, fitness are good. If i have a chance to come to this city, i will rebook it again.

Nice environment. Only issue is water heater not functioning properly.Gokart is next to hotel. Big parking space.

Hotel service is impeccable, especially the car tour to Koh Yo was excellent. They are responsive to email enquiry, always courteous in their response. The hotel is beautifully decorated with five star hotep amenities. Buffet breakfast is an added delight. It seems to me the hotel is targeted to local with big groups or families as it is situated off the beat location, somewhere in between Songkhla and Hay Yai, making the sightseeing to Songkhla and Hat Yai a bit remote. However, it is so close to Koh Yo. Overall a pleasant time there just would suit more visitors who would drive by themselves.

Photos here well taken and room views weren't good.
The nearby restaurant, nine has good live music but beware of hidden costs.

Love this hotel, will definitely stay here again if we visit Songkhla next time. Just 15 mins drive to the old town, 12mins drive the island and 35mins drive to Hatyai centre.

Perfect family getaway in Songkhla! The hotel was clean, cozy, and full of relaxing spaces. my kids loved the pool, and we loved the peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Mixed feelings: amazing architecture realized with cheap materials and partly not finished - hotel was build in 2022
As there are many pictures on the rooms and great architecture I'll skip this and focus to the issues:
- Pool showers only 2 installed, other 2 are "fake" (missing valve)
- cheaply repaired pool tiles, 1 tile is missig
- creack of beton at pool, cracks in courtyard floor
- cheapest rosty locker bins doesn't fit to luruxy, not even unpacked from carton
- cheap lumniaires show age after 3 years
- very dirty stairway - maybe they ask guest not to use? why not?
- wrong materials used for floor connections (easily scratched)
- missing edge protection on room entrance and lifts
- elevators behind fire doors (wrong concept)
- elevator show worn metal parts (damaged by trollies)
- rosty equipment at locker entrance
- they run out of stones on one decoration (just left it empty)
- children shouldn urinate, but adults are allowed?
- closed small area of pool ("kid's pool"), unclear why?
- the pool sunbeds and chairs are at the opposit of the pool entrance, guest use side to enter pool (damage of tiles!) - why are no sundbed in front of gym instead?
Generally I found staff quite unpolite, not greating the wai and in genreal not interested in guests. Pool bar nothing to eat
Positive: nice new gym, 2 huge Saunas (but only one practivally operating), quite good breakfast selection (worth the extra money)
As the location is 20mins to Songkhla (very lovely old town worth to visit) I'm not sure if I should recommend this place, however alternatives with same facilities ae just missing....
