  • Guest：Rats in the room Cockroachs were all around No proper maintenance The bathroom was the real issue. Strong smell. Stains inside the toilet like it hadn’t been scrubbed for days. Towel holder broken and kept aside. Dusty mirror. No toilet roll was old Low pressure in the health faucet. The worst part was the water. Black particles coming out when I turned on the tap. That was the point I knew maintenance is not a priority here.
