Yes most receptionists need training in greeting customers with a smile but ignore that fact I took the 22k room and I was impressed everything work and was clean a/c powerful water heater function bed decent bedsheets that did not itch loads of clear channels to pick from. Yes I bit far from oba market but most hotels are just a straight bus journey into town

Wasn’t it a good experience
It wasn’t what I saw on their website I saw when I got there. The first room I was given the bathroom roof was full With mold, the air conditioner was full of dust, the bedding was stained and the manager was kind enough to get me another room. It was a little bit better than the first one but wasn’t what I was expecting I had to check out the next day to look for something nicer. The waitress lacks professionalism.

The hotel was very beautiful and our rooms were very large. The staff were very accommodating and the service they provided was really good. We had dinner at the hotel bar and breakfast too and we enjoyed the food.

I spent a night at Los Reyes Hotel in Benin city and it is definitely one of the best hotels in Benin City. The customer service from the staff was excellent as they were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was so beautiful and well kept and the food from the lounge/bar was amazing. I will definitely stay at this hotel again! - Justin Nosa O
