Personnel courtois, les chambres sont calmes. Petit déjeuner très variés. Parfait pour reprendre des forces avant ou après l’arrivée à Houston. Houston Galleria a 10 minutes à pieds pour faire des achats.

La camera era molto comoda, carina e pulita, il personale molto gentile. Le condizioni di alcune parti dell’hotel però non erano esattamente come nelle foto (hall e sala colazione). I mobili (sedie ecc) erano rovinati. La cosa peggiore però dal mio punto di vista, è stata la mancanza di opzioni senza glutine a colazione. Sono celiaca, non mi aspetto di trovare tantissima scelta, ma trovo inaccettabile che nel 2025 un hotel non abbia neanche dei biscotti o delle merendine per eventuali ospiti celiaci. Quando ho chiesto alla reception se ci fossero opzioni senza glutine, la risposta è stata “le uova”. Le quali ovviamente, non erano neanche preparate in sicurezza per garantire l’assenza di contaminazione da glutine.

地段不错，免费停车，离水墙两百米，但是很奇怪酒店附近几乎没路人。阿姨打扫挺勤快，可以简单做饭。洗发水质量不好。含早餐品种少。

Todo bien, solo que tuvimos la mala suerte de dejar un AirPod sin darnos cuenta y llamas para averiguar si está y dicen que no, aunque sale localizado en ese lugar, pero bueno no regreso es la primera vez que me sucede algo así, en cualquier otro lugar si se te queda algo siempre lo reportan y lo entregan , en fin a tener más cuidado para la próxima pero es muy molesto que digan que no están las cosas cuando están ubicables , lo bueno que existen mucho hoteles en esa área

几个商场都在附近，去哪都方便，还可以自己做着吃点，停车也方便，早餐还是比较丰富的。
