Beautiful hotel, stylish and modern, looked amazing great swimming pools which were closed. The Italian season does not start until 15th June and 16 of us arrived for a leisurely relaxing chill out on a TUI tour to find the pools shut, the spa very difficult to find or book and didn't open till 1pm. Communication in this hotel is appalling. No menu's to be found in the rooms or even on the website. There was one brochure on reception in Italian so we had to scan and translate only to find the therapists were not available till after 1pm and we couldn't ring, email or contact them to see if they had any availability. The man on reception although trying to be helpful spoke little English. The bar was very rarely manned as staff numbers seem to be an issue, the bar staff were also the restaurant waiters. Very friendly and pleasant but could not be in two places at once. The food is very good but there is an undying issue with timings of food, some of us were received desserts at the same time as others had their main. The Risotto was one of my favourites and I think we all enjoyed our meals. For some reason although added to our room bill we never knew how much anything cost and dint know until we came to check out. Breakfast was good and the Rooms comfortable although our air conditioning didn't work on our first night and it was 32 degrees, The place is swarming with mosquitoes so be prepared to be eaten alive so take your repellent. Location is 10 minutes out of town a 35 minute walk or a 15 euro taxi ride. So your a captive audience once your here. There are no surrounding bars or restaurants as this seems to be located in an industrial site. If you book here before the 15th June pool facilities are shut, you will be allowed to use the loungers around the pool but no towels will be on offer, the bar won't be open and you will be told off if you so much as pop a toe in the pool. Did I feel welcome here not at all, the staff worked around you, banging and climbing ladders preparing for the Italian guests to arrive. It was tragic because if we had been able to use the pool and have a massage and even complimentary transport into Lecce this could have been a wonderful experience, which sadly they just don't seem able to provide.

Teleurstellend verblijf door gesloten voorziening en gebrekkige klachtenafhandeling Beoordeling: ★★☆☆☆ Ik verbleef onlangs in Art & Park hotel Lecce als onderdeel van een Itali? reis en keek erg uit naar het gebruik van het buitenzwembad , dat nadrukkelijk op de website als “geopend” stond aangegeven. Helaas bleek bij aankomst dat deze faciliteit gesloten was — zonder enige voorafgaande melding of waarschuwing. Dit was een van de hoofdredenen om voor dit hotel te kiezen, dus dit was een flinke teleurstelling. Bij navraag aan de receptie werd in eerste instantie niet gereageerd op onze klacht. Pas na herhaald aandringen kregen we uiteindelijk antwoord, maar dat was weinig bevredigend: men verwees naar externe omstandigheden: het weer was te slecht om het al op orde te maken en daarna werd als reden genoemd dat er nog geen toezicht georganiseerd kon worden en men verwees naar anderen voor de onduidelijkheid over de openigsperiode op sites en nam zo geen enkele verantwoordelijkheid voor de gebrekkige communicatie vooraf. Wat ik vooral jammer vind, is de manier waarop met onze klacht is omgegaan. In plaats van oprechte excuses of een vorm van compensatie, werd er vooral met de vinger gewezen naar derden. Dat past naar mijn mening niet bij een hotel dat zichzelf als viersterrenaccommodatie presenteert. De kamer was verder in orde en het personeel vriendelijk in de omgang, maar de teleurstelling over de gemiste voorziening en de slechte klachtenafhandeling hebben ons verblijf helaas overschaduwd. Ik hoop dat het hotel in de toekomst transparanter communiceert over wat wel en niet beschikbaar is, en professioneler omgaat met gasten die een klacht indienen.

Boa estadia
Boa estadia para quem está de carro. Localiza??o bem perto da cidade. Hotel confortavel com boas instala??es. A unica falha foi com a TV (o comando n?o estava funcionando corretamente). Pedimos para verificarem porem nada foi feito.

il y a du travail pour etre sur le standing 4 etoiles. accueil froid, personnel pas a l ecoute voir desagreable, piscine qui ferme une heure en avance parce que la personne en charge veut rentrer plus tot…petit dejeuner mediocre. et pour finir obliger de faire tourner la clim h24 a 18 pour avoir 23 degres dans la chambre…et une chaleur etouffante dans la salle de bain! meme si cela ne se voit pas l hotel se situe a cote d une usine…nous n y retournerons pas.

Disappointing area. Absolutely nothing there. Did not appreciate gardener strimming and cutting the grass before 7am, he was still there when we left at 10. Wi-Fi didn’t work. Staff were lovely

It seems this hotel is starting up activitities after a long COVID break. The place itself is great, a beautiful building with splendor inside. But the staff is hardly speaking English, but friendly. The bar is not properly stocked; no limoncello, no Aperol spritz, no gin tonic etc. The outside pool is not available (outside temperature 26 degrees) The inside pool can only be used after paying €15 p.h.p.p. The breakfast is OK; the restaurant offers fine food and a small selection of wines. The hotel has no signage at all on the outside; you could experience more pride. On your way - which is not that easy- you will not find any signage either. Lots to do!

Alojamiento con piscina comodo para ir con ni?os. Limpieza y desayuno excelentes. El restaurante no tiene opciones a la cena si vas con ni?os peque?os. Piscina en buenas condiciones pero te cobran por las tumbonas y la sombrilla pero tienen cesped que puedes usar para poner las toallas. En general lo recomendamos.

Arrived in Lecce hotel to hot rooms, no in room internet, cots in rooms? closed pool and location in middle of no where. Very Late to try to organize a dinner in Lecce (on a Friday night) Hotel food service was disapponting . Limited menu, poor service, unpleasant atmosphere (in a large banquet hall) This hotel was a big disappointment. Too far from the city as we were booked in for three nights as part of a tour package. Hotel tried to tell us that rooms do have wifi internet. Previous reviews on social media say that this hotel has spotty/no Wi-Fi in rooms. Appears to be on going issue. Given it is classed as a conference centre I don't know why they didn't have suitable internet. Throughout our other 3 weeks in Italy it was never a problem. Guests should be informed prior to stay that outdoor pool closes Sept 1st. Would have definitely spent last afternoon at pool if we could. Instead, looked at a green pool through the window. Generally grounds looked a bit overgrown and under managed. Surrounding area around hotel and roads leading into hotel were dirty and unkept.
