Hotel lobby, room and cafeteria were clean. Thought the sliding toilet door was a bit rickety though, not very hotel standard. But minor issue. Decent spread available at the breakfast buffet. Nasi lemak, especially, was delicious. Check-in took a while, could be more efficient. No issues with validating parking. Location is great, with lots of food options nearby. Definitely more than our money's worth. Wouldn't mind returning for a short stay.

房间隔音效果不错，就是位置偏了一点，附近华人餐厅晚上7点半就关了，晚了只能吃KFC

Bilik selesa.
Sarapan dah makin better. Dulu macam tak menarik, sekarang not bad.
Cuma, tandas tak ada bidet paip. Hanya bidet pancut macam di mall tu je.
Overall hotel ni selesa. Lokasi mudah dan dekat dengan tempat makan.

When we arrived at the hotel, my husband and I were surprised because the hotel was so beautiful and did not match with 2-star hotel. It should be 4-star ?? ?? ?? ??
I would like to highlight a few things here :
1- We booked room deluxe king room, so comfortable and clean just the AC was not too cool
2- The design of the hotel looks elegant, love it
3- Good hospitality from the staff
4- for breakfast, Omg ..so love it!!! Many options and delicious.
Staying here is worth your money and even though far from jb Town but it's satisfying. Thank you

Stayed there overnight before checking in to Regency Medical. Convenient location for that purpose. Nearby are a few F&B, KFC, Lotus. Room itself is clean and spacious. Breakfast selection is ok- can always go to KFC if don’t like :-)

Good hotel in Masai area. Location is good and neighbour area have KFC, Starbucks and lot of cafes. Will definitely book again for my next visit here.

Very good hospitality. The housekeeping is very polite and well spoken. Some amenities needs to be renovated like shower heads, toilet bowl, and floor

All was good except that the toilet drainage was smelly and our aircon cover was open for some reason. Didn't stop the aircon from working perfectly hence we did not request for them to close the lid. Still a smooth 3D2N stay and receptionists were friendly to assist when we accidentally left our card in the room. The breakfast area and choices were beyond expectation.

Bad experience
1. Air-conditioner was not cold and leaking.
2. Tap does not have hot water option.
3. Water heater pump was from old machine pump. The water was not hot at all.
4. Shampoo, bath gel, and conditioner pump was difficult to pump. Need to pull the head to pump again.
Good experience
1. Breakfast was ok.
2. Front desk service was friendly.
It was not worth RM200++ at all.
